Value for money accommodation. Best location, a stone's throw away from Sideng Square, cafes, restaurants & boutiques. I highly appreciate that it's located by the side of a main road, so I didn't need to struggle with my luggage on the uneven cobblestone path.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the buleutiful Shaxi. The owners are a nice and friendly family and they help us booking our transfer to Dali.

Cozy little family-run hotel in a great location on the outer edge of Shaxi Ancient Town. The room is spotless and absolutely gorgeous with windows on all three sides and all the amenities you can think of. Nothing better than being woken up by the sunrise after a good night's sleep :) Even though the owners don't speak English, communication was no problem with the help of a translation app. They are super friendly and even let me leave my luggage after I had already checked out so I could go hike Shibaoshan. I really wish I could have spent a little more time here!

The location of the homestay is very good, right inside the Old town. The owner is very helpful answering all my questions and helped with my issues. He also gave us contact of a super nice & cheap 7-seated car service for us to travel to and from Shaxi. The room was smart and clean with a strong heater. Strongly recommended!!!

We hat an amazing stay. We spent here several nights in different rooms and all rooms were very comfortable. The really best was the host. Mandy helped us a lot with transport, orientation & payment issues that we faced as foreigners after our arrival in China. Here restaurant requirements were suitable to our needs and she really took care about us in a very nice way.

Excellent place to stay while in Shaxi, right inside one of the entrances to the old town. The owner of the guesthouse is a wonderful person, always willing to help in anything he can. The rooms are very clean, with nice cozy furniture and good views.
