環境極其優美，中式民族特色的建築，房間隔音特別好，周圍安靜愜意。老闆很熱情，性格很好。房間乾淨整潔，裝修高檔。早上可以讓煮早餐，10元一份，特別好吃。離沙溪古鎮很近，兩公里左右，站在2樓觀景台可以俯瞰沙溪古鎮。

乾淨衞生，浴室空間寬敞，熱水比較好用，價格實惠，老闆熱情，雖然是民宿，但是設計和裝修跟酒店幾乎一樣，新房，不是老房改造。距離古鎮3公里多一點，道路有點窄，開車不太方便，20元打個三輪小黃車，很方便。走路也別有一番情趣，路兩邊都是田園流水莊稼。七八月份氣候特別好白天25度左右，晚上16度左右。

勉勉強強，年紀大的那個男主人態度還挺好，年輕的那個男的説話陰陽怪氣的（明明就是自己對自己承諾過的事情想出爾反爾，還要説“你要是算得這麼仔細的話”來陰陽人。退房的早上，才9點還沒到退房時間又陰陽了一句“你們還在這阿”真受不了。續住沒搞衞生，沒主動新添牙刷等物品。這個價格沒要求你五星級的待遇，但基本的都沒做到。有則改之無則加勉，不要槓我，要是不缺錢那就把民宿關了，沒必要賺着這點小錢還要受我們的氣，你説是吧？推薦對面長樂村的一家民宿，比他家價格低幾十塊，環境服務好N倍，電動車還可以免費用。
