The hotel is good but the cleaning is not as good as i want some dusty pratical are there so i have only that problem but at the end it was good hotel to stay in that particular region

The stay at the hotel was terrible. No allotted parking is available. Basic facilities like kettle and drinking water was not provided without prompting.

Location good, food quality is poor, hotel staff was very supportive, and all things like soaps, shmpoo, sleeper available in room

Hotel was not able to provide even comb in 12 hours
also warm water was not available in morning post request they send after 30 mins

Worst experience, water was coming from the window in the room, my booking included all the meals but the hotel gave me only one option veg thali, when i asked about the other option the hotel manager said hum sir f veg thali dete hai baki everything is chargeable. I never suggest this hotel.

The hotel was clean and the staff were supportive. Limited options in breakfast if you booked with room. Only two options. This is pathetic.

It's a wonderful experience to stay at sunrise. The behaviour of staff members of hotel is also very good and cooperative.

They didn't allowed visitors, and told that you booked and not informed us anything, i told them during check in that i will not stay in night also informed them that some visitors are coming and they agreed that we will arrange for snacks, they charged very high but at evening called and start complaining just after after i paid their food bills and told that i will check out in 1 hour, my train is late, just came to meet family, worst hotel management, but good and helpful staff. Don't stay here.

Just ok not having good amenities, no parking, old rooms, cleaning of bedsheets is not up to the marks.
