Prima Palace Hotel

Quiet, well appointed hotel ideally located for visiting Jerusalem. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, efficient A/C, good sized room with mini-fridge, black out curtains on the windows, daily servicing of rooms (except on Shabbat), comfortable lobby area and delightful courtyard festooned with flowers. We didn’t take breakfast, but it seemed popular. I had contacted the hotel in advance to confirm we wanted twin bed rather than a double. Speedy, friendly response and they duly obliged. We were assigned Room 301A which was spacious, had a shower separate to the toilet/sink which was ideal for the two of us getting ready in the morning, and great views across Mea She’arim. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest light rail stop, but walking to the Old City only takes 20 mins anyway (plus 20+ mins for photo stops and browsing in shop windows!) It is also close to a very reasonably priced supermarket with one especially friendly cashier, in the same square as the light rail stop, opposite the liquor/wine store on the corner.

Booked through EasyJet holidays; this was the perfect location for 5 nights in Jerusalem. HOTEL: Helpful and friendly staff, excellent Wi-Fi, the room had great views across Me’a Sherim and Jerusalem, AC, super comfy bed and pillows, mini fridge, separate shower and toilet which was handy, and a kettle with tea and coffee which was replenished daily. The rooms were serviced daily except on Shabbat. We also had dressing gowns in the room but these were taken the second day unfortunately! LOCATION: The location is so close to the tram, local supermarkets, lovely bars and restaurant just a short walk down the Main Street and is also in short walking distance to the Machaneh Yehudah Market. On Shabbat, as there are no trams, it was a 20-30 min walk down to Damasgate gate but there are Arab taxis available if needed.

good to back again here, location is great close to shul and stores, staff was very nice and helpful, quick check in, room was nice and clean, breakfast menu was great with large selection, Yossi the waiter making sure everyone is satisfied.

This hotel is situated not far from the old town and 3 bus stops from the train station. Staff are really helpful. Rooms are adequate and the beds comfortable. Although this hotel has a lot of orthodox jews staying don't let that put you off as there us a mixture of everyone and as we know not everyone is the same. The hotel is clean and breakfast very good. Also very near the market.

Ci siamo fermati x 4 notti.. pulizia camere ottima, camere non molto spaziose.. ma nel complesso non male.. presente moquette.. Personale reception disponibile e cordiale Avevamo compresa la colazione.. di tipo internazionale con dolci tradizionali del posto e croissant Ampia scelta di piatti salati come uova, pasta insalate ecc… Nessun affettato Avevamo il check out di sabato.. con lo shabbat fermano ascensore (noi eravamo al secondo piano e abbiamo dovuto portare giù le valigie a piedi) e la colazione non ci è stata servita Presente un piccolo parcheggio riservato all’hotel gratuito Nel complesso consigliato!
