What a fantastic hotel this is. We arrived here to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and the lovely staff couldn’t do enough for us. We had a wonderful anniversary breakfast and were helped to arrange a Flamenco evening to finish the day off. It’s like a home from home… but a better class of home!

Staff very welcoming & friendly. Very helpful with booking tickets and giving information & advice about places to visit. Lovely spacious & comfortable bedroom & bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Food & service in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast perhaps a little average for this standard of hotel but there was still a reasonable choice. Hotel is very quiet and the pool area and gardens are a lovely, tranquil place to relax.

I think this was our 4th visit to Villa Jerez. Still fantastic. Service is 1st class, always with a friendly smile. Nothing is too much trouble. Peaceful & quiet, room was very spacious, spotlessly clean as always. About 15 minute walk to the town centre, its a pleasure to stroll into the centre to enjoy the wonderful buzzing ambience. Love this hotel, love this town!

The hotel and staff are all lovely and its such a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms are large and the beds were lovely too. In its position around a 20 minute walk from the centre of time, it was lovely and quiet, whilst not being too far away from everything. Would definitely recommend.

A small quiet beautiful relaxing hotel a 15 minute walk from the centre of Jerez. The rooms are stylish and very well appointed and the staff are all extremely helpful and accommodating. We had an early train when leaving and were provided with a pack up breakfast to take with us. The lady on reception (sorry can’t remember her name) went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel when staying in Jerez.

Absolutely incredible. This hotel is everything you could ask for in a hotel. Beautiful rooms, pretty gardens, delicious food and very attentive staff. Who could ask for more. It is a wonderful retreat from the city that is still only a 15min walk away

Stayed in this hotel for one night during “el puente” - a period of several Spanish holidays in a row in December. The first and foremost what is great about Villa Jerez is the staff! From the moment we rolled in our rental car into a nice clean courtyard to our departure next morning, we were pampered by an incredible warmth and attentiveness of all the personnel we met. To the point of offering to turn on the pool under a pouring rain just for me and just because I asked about it. To the point of politely offering an amazing off menu drink at breakfast, accompanied by a true interest to us as personas, not as just clients. And more and more and more. Hotel itself has a mild nostalgic charm of an old 5 star establishment. It is the place where you feel relaxed and taken a great care of. And it is very affordable. Thank you!

We have not long been back from yet another wonderful stay at Villa Jerez. It’s our home away from home and it has been for many years, from the minute you walk through the door and are greeted by the Front desk, until you leave the staff do their utmost to make your stay as wonderful as possible. Thank you to all the hotel staff. Its location to many things is perfect, and the ease of getting about is no effort. The many beaches are a short drive, the town centre a walk away with its many lovely bars and restaurants. The market is a must to see and can’t help wonder why in the U.K. we still don’t have them.

Fantastic authentic Spanish hotel. Wonderful staff who couldn’t be more helpful. Amazing comfortable long pillows. Fabulous pool area. Easy walking distance to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Arts. Nice twenty minute walk to the city centre.

A gem of wonderful hotel and considering the last time we stayed was in 2011 (it was great then) it has just got better. Traditional high elegant standards meet super service and contemporary facilities. We arrived exhausted and left after 3 days rejuvenated. If you value peace, tranquillity, style and unobtrusive but efficient service this is s must do.

Back to "Our home in Jerez" again to wish the manager and our friend a pleasant and happy retirement and greet his replacement. It is known as our home in Jerez because the staff welcome you with open arms, they are helpful and for us family. Villa Jerez is quiet , central to the city and really a large historic house. It is not a modern building but one with character from a past time of the sherry barons and has a lovely pool and gardens .

From the moment we drove into this hotel, I felt at home. The complimentary sherry was as welcoming as the staff. Our suite was huge, very tastefully decorated and so comfortable. The hotel is only a 15 minute stroll from the centre of Jerez. We had dinner in the hotel on the first night and the food was excellent. Every single member of staff that we met were first rate, friendly, helpful and so kind. I would highly recommend this hotel and cannot praise the staff highly enough.

We loved this hotel. The room we had was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. all the staff were friendly and very helpful. Good situation, quiet and not too far from the centre. Fantastic breakfast and dinners. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends and family

Always a great pleasure to stay in our favourite hotel in Jerez. Paco made us especially welcome again. Great location. 15 minutes walk into the old town. Plenty of restaurants within 10 mins walk from hotel. Free parking and decent pool. Breakfast also very good.
