- very nice location in the historical district of Jerez de la Frontera - staff was really friendly - haven't tried the breakfast so nothing to complain about - would stay again if I am in the area

旅行の中継地として泊まりました。 ヘレス・デ・ラ・フロンテーラの駅から徒歩10分くらいで、アクセスは良かったです。 部屋は綺麗でした。アメニティについても、シャンプー・ボディソープ等に加え、無料のミネラルウォーターが付いていました。 フロントスタッフの対応は非常に良かったです。片言の英語にも優しく対応してくれました。 近くにはスーパーマーケットもあり、買物にも便利です。 周辺の観光スポットはあまりありませんが、ヘレスに訪れる際にはお勧めです。

Very nice hotel in the city center, easy to park, friendly staff, nice breakfast and excellent room with great bed. Easy to explore the city and environment. Only a short drive to cadiz as well. The hotel is really nice renovated and worth of the money you pay.

It was comfortable, clean, and lovely room decor. We enjoyed our breakfast every day. It was right in the middle of the square where the shops are. It was such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Jerez. We were there for about nine days. When we come back to visit Jerez, we will definitely be staying here!

We originally checked onto this hotel, a renovated monastery, for four nights. During that time our plans changed and we decided to stay 5 more nights. The rooms are spotlessly cleaned each day, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is engaging, friendly, and willing to do anything to help. The breakfast has a good choice and is freshly prepared each morning. We would never hesitate to stay at this hotel any time we return to Jerez.

Excellent front desk staff. Good location. Impeccably clean room. Stayed three nights. When I was there the temperatures were quite moderate. I don’t know how this room would be in the hot summer months. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel so I cannot assess.

A nice hotel within easy walking distance of all the many wonderful things Jerez has on offer, as well as the station. The rooms are a good size and well-equipped. The décor is simple but pleasant. The breakfast is good and is served in a beautiful dining-room.

The hotel is a charming building, occupying a former convent. It's very close to the centre of Jerez, with parking available nearby and in close proximity to nearby bustling restaurants and cafes. The staff are excellent and friendly, especially the very helpful manageress Maria Montiel, and we can't forget the two ladies who give service at breakfast, always with a smile. The cleaners maintain the rooms to a high standard, and in a cheerful fashion. We stayed in a comfortable room overlooking the square, and have stayed there twice, which of course is a recommendation!

Hotel in old church building. Over the top. Small rooms with small bed and with airco that doesn’t cut it anymore to keep rooms cools. On the plus side, location is very close to old centre of the town with everything at close walking distance. Offers parking in public parking at 3min walk.

Very friendly and helpful staff combine to make this a very comfortable hotel to stay at. The location is perfect for sightseeing as well. The breakfast offering was outstanding and we look forward to returning.

Nice quiet boutique hotel , very close to centre and restaraunts. Would recommend . Only downsides were - struggled to get wifi reception and the wifi to work successfully and would have been useful if the rooftop area was open to allow some time to relax in the sunshine.

My stay at Hotel Jerez Itaca was a mixed experience. While the hotel had a stylish vibe and a great location near major attractions, I was disappointed by the uncomfortable beds. The convenience of being close to popular spots was a plus, but the discomfort of the beds affected my overall enjoyment of the stay.

My partner and I booked for 2 nights. On arrival they said the room slept 3 people, wasn’t a problem. On arrival to room we found there to be a single bed placed at the bottom of a double( well 2 single beds pushed together). Room would have been spacious but after a day this was awkward to get around. Didn’t complain as we were only in room to sleep, maybe housekeeping could have picked up on this and removed the other bed as it hadn’t been slept in. The 2 singles were really rickety, noisy and not comfortable. Shower was good. Location was excellent. Room was clean. Average rating was because of quality of sleep.

This is a beautiful and amazing hotel. The bedrooms were excellent: very clean, well furnished and quite big. The whole hotel is a monument in itself, since it is located in an old monastery and is very beautiful. Also, the breakfast at the hotel was very nice. It is located in the center of Jerez with the main monuments close by. It is also near to parking and restaurants. The staff of the hotel were super friendly, available and helpful. They helped us with all our needs and were always available. The price was also accessible and more than fair for everything that the hotel offers I definitely recommend Itaca Hotel Jerez for family or business trips and will definitely want to stay there again when I return to Jerez.
