Best Western Plus Jekyll Island

This hotel is now a Beat Western Plus. It was our first time staying here, but we would stay again. We go for the bike trail, the good restaurants, and the beautiful areas, not the beach, so we don’t mind if we are not on beach front. The hotel was quiet and well taken care of. Breakfast was typical but nothing special, and that’s fine with us. The pool is large and there is a separate patio area in the back where we had our breakfast and enjoyed sitting in after dinner. Overall, this is a very nice place to stay.

The room was clean and well kept. The pool and pool area was very nice. There was a seating area out back with a XL outdoor chess game set and corn hole boards. Very relaxed atmosphere. We will stay here again. Good location. Plenty of parking.

Only issue was internet. Very poor signal. Even directtv was spotty. Could not send or receive emails

We where on the second floor which was no big deal but on our second day there the elevator broke my dad is older and doesn't do the steps well there was no bedding for the pull out bed asked for some before 10pm didn't receive anything till after midnight we tried to go back down and see if we could get bedding around 11pm and the lobby was locked and nobody could be found and when the guy finally brought the bedding after midnight he was pounding on the door like he was the fbi everyone was sound asleep it terrified everyone that was totally unacceptable when i wanted to talk to the manager the next morning i was told they where on vacation which is fine they said the regional manager was there and they would call me asap and righ the situation i said that was fine that never happened that evening i went in and asked to speak with the manager and they said he was busy he would call i said he needs to call me i have to speak with him i to this day still have not been able to talk with a manager i am so disappointed in this hotel have stayed here many times in the past and this was by far the worst i can't say i would stay here again

Perfect Birthday getaway for my daughter We rented the 2 bedroom suite for my daughter's 18th b-day trip. It actually exceed our expectations. It had a full size kitchen, living room with sectional couch with a pull out bed & 2 full bedrooms. We were right by the pool & literally less than a 4 minute walk to the beach on a paved pathway! Nice big room that serves free complimentary breakfast. The ONLY small complaint I may have is the fans in the bedrooms made this loud weird noise while they were on even though the fans looked brand new. Yes; we absolutely could've just turned them off. Regardless we would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Seafarer Inn & Suites on Jekyll Island. The location was perfect—peaceful and close to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
