big, nice view, go eat all you can at 6th floor, okay and the front desk is abit like frustrated if you questions too much, with no smile on her face, we got another party room under another booking, they somehow call you at early morning 6am just to tell you to pay for minibar expenses, oh comeon i already give you the alipay for authorized, and when we call they just say you wanto pay by wechat or alipay, we wanto complaint cause, you calling at 6am, for nothing, we got deposit you may deduct ok

It was a beautiful experience! The staff is very professional, the restaurants are superb and the room service is impeccable. The hotel offers one of the best view over the city. My girlfriend appreciated the stay in Jeju and the hospitality of the hotel. Thank you

Love the experience especially the spacious room, it's really comfortable. Downside is when there's rowdy customers at the lobby.. however, it's not the hotel's fault so I'm still giving it a 5 star!!

Great property, conveniently located.  Staff speaks excellent English.  Service was impeccable.  The property caters mainly to Chinese clientele.  Would certainly stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel for the third time and am still continuing to find new things about this hotel. I always knew there was an arcade in the hotel but I have never been to it, this is my first time being in there and was surprised to see they have a kids section, I expected all the games were for older kids (8-15), but my 2 year old niece was able to play some games that she liked too. The convenience store on the 4th floor was really convenient as we didn’t have to go out just to buy drinks or snacks since it was somewhat cold. The cafe on the 8th floor served amazing food, I actually ate there so many times during my 3 days stay there. The only problem I had was that the room was too hot to sleep in, we tried making the room colder, but the room stayed a consistent 25°C even after turning the temperature to 19°C for an entire day. I understand it was winter, but still it was way too hot and it made it uncomfortable to sleep in.

Great place to stay! Perfect for relaxation and so many facilities and amenities to make the stay super enjoyable! Great staff and service too! I loooove the room! Super stylish!

The room is great, but I don't have the same great reservation experience, which makes this check-in experience terrible. First, I reserve the plan with a living and airport transportation service, but after I asked the hotel, they told me if I want to order the airport transportation service, I need to directly contact wanted to the provider, and ONLY with Wechat neither kakao talk nor any other social app. That doesn't make any sense, because I'm in Korea, NOT CHINA. Second, I reserve two night living plans, but reserve separately. I already got the second night booking confirmation mail, but when I stood at the check-in table, the receptionist tells me that they can't get my booking records, so I spend about 3 hours communicate with both trip.com and the hotel. So honest, this bad experience really affected me with to my willingness to live in this hotel or use trip.com again.

Won’t recommend to stay here. Had positive expectation but utter disappointment to this so called 2nd largest grand hyatt. The hospitality is average and the service is poor. Forgot about the birthday celebration and the grand club was not in service throughout, gym and spa were down as well (whats the point of purchasing grand club then?) and there wasn’t any attempt for service recovery on this. Suggest spending the money elsewhere.

The room was awesome with an amazing view, and the service was great. The location is so good, and there is a huge supermarket next to the hotel.
