This was my fourth or fifth stay at Astar in the past four years. The room is always clean with enough space to open a suitcase easily. Comfortable beds with good pillows. Clean bathroom with excellent bidet. Noise is kept out. The lighting is very good. Nice food downstairs. Courteous front desk staff. I will be staying here again when I visit Jeju in the future.

Staff are patient and helpful with my enquiries despite the language barrier. Location is also strategic as it is surrounded with bus stop that could bring you to many places of interest if travelling without vehicle. For food, it is also within walking distance from grilled pork to ox soup to bakery. The area is also quiet and peaceful with minimum human and vehicle traffic after 2100hrs. My favourite eating place is the bakery shop 'tours les jours' which offers fresh bread and nice coffee followed by the eateries in front of the bus terminal station (required some walking of about 10 to 15mins) which offers local food and price. Overall, I am very satisfied in my stay with Astar.

room was really clean and pretty spacious (booked the one with 1 single bed and 1 double bed), staff are very friendly, location was near airport (~15min drive)! rented a car and parking at the hotel was free. very value for money with the level of cleanliness and service provided. there’s also a convenience store at level 1 which was very convenient. only thing to take note is that you have to pay to use the sauna and gym.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Overall it was a good experience. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Beds are nice and comfortable. Shower pressure and temperature is good. Free bottles of water provided every day, everyday cleaning available. The restaurant downstairs offers various delicious meals (for example, bibimbap or abalone). There is also small convenience store on the first floor. Overall clean (compared to other places I stayed in South Korea) but could be better - it seems like no one ever cleans behind the desk (where the teapot is located), there were lots of fallen off paper toppers for cups covered in dust. Telephone a bit greasy and dusty.

This hotel has a convenience store which is open until 11 pm, so I could charge my prepaid card for transportation before leaving the hotel and get some food and a bottle of water. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable.

Overall a good stay, the room is so big which is good for me to do my packing before leaving jeju. Only have a small window in the room with no view but it is fine. Plenty of counter space to put stuff. Location a bus stop away from bus terminal and walk to nearest bus stop about 5 mins away. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant late at night and the abalone porridge is so yummy, even the side dish kimchi taste so good! Tried a local beef soup restaurant next to hotel another night and it taste good too. No chance to try the bbq and the cafe along the same street. There is a big daiso 2 bus stops away and airport is 15 mins bus ride. Bed is big very comfy and there is a bathtub. They provide cotton buds, facial cotton and even hair bands! First time I see hair bands, thumbs up.

Strong wifi and comfortable beds. Would stay again in the future.

酒店位置好，靠近客運公車總站，自由行的旅客去城山日出峰，牛岛…等地很方便。 我們住的雙床房宽落，没有压迫感。每日都有人来清洁，换床單。 房间外的走廊很阔落，干净，感觉舒服。 前台有一两个职员能说英文，雖不是很流利，但明白我们的需要。👍 妹妹去年九月住過這間酒店，她推薦我們入住。
