We have been delighted by positive aspects you mentioned.However I am sosorry to hear that you had inconvenience during your staying.We learn from and use to improve from your feedback like this. Also we have two types of rooms (new wing) , Hill and Forest, each with a private open-air spa and a 100-inch oversized projector.All rooms offer Bulgari toiletries and Dyson hair dryer.
