The place is close to the beach, the staff is friendly and the lady who welcomed us was amazing made sure we got what we needed.

Overall our stay was nice. We had a friendly reception on arrival. However we experienced an uncomfortable afternoon as there were guests having a party at the pool with music and loud talking and shouting to or with each other into the evening. After closing the windows and sliding door it was more bearable. The aircon was definitely a big plus.

the parking was inadequate since it could not properly fit all the cars of the hotel visitors. However, the room was comfortable. Lastly, the receptionist was not available at all times during our stay.

I was suprised at the place as I wasn't sure how it was going to be as we have never been to Jefferys Bay before. The rooms were spacious and it was better than a hotel. The staff was nice, my mom even got a massage. Great value for my money.

The lodge was very clean and the staff helpful. The room we stayed in was quite small but very good value for money. The courtyard overlooks all the rooms so if there are alot of other people staying there is not much privacy. The grounds are kept in a very good state. Parking is a bit tight and the communal kitchen could do with an upgrade but overall excellent value for money, helpful staff, clean rooms and great location!

We booked more than 3 weeks in advance, and when we arrived, we were told by the porter that all the Rooms over looking the pool, (The pictures in the Tripadvisor), were taken, so we had to stay in a flatlet in the owners property next door. To be fair, the Bedding was spotlessly clean, but, the Flatlet needed a scrub from top to bottom.

Beautiful appointed rooms with coffee/tea facilities. King size comfortable beds, high quality linen. Property has a pool with braai facilities. Friendly staff. Property is not on the beachfront. Rooms are a bit small. No desk to work with laptop on.
