Pass through the entryway into the open concept floor plan, where guests can gather and spend time together while in the kitchen, dining area, or living area.The large kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and a sitting area that overlooks the valley. The dining area features a huge table that allows seating for 14 people. The living area offers two couches and a reclining chair where guests can enjoy the warmth of the floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace or the entertainment of the large screen TV.Two bedrooms are located on the main level of this house. Bedroom 1 is located just off the kitchen. It features a queen size bed, a tv, plenty of clothing storage space, and a private attached bathroom. Bedroom 2 is located just off the living area and features two twin size beds. A nearby full bathroom is available for use.Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 is at the top of the steps. It has two sets of bunk beds (4 twin size beds) and a loft where kids can lounge on the bean bags. A nearby full bathroom is also available. Bedroom 4 is at the end of the hallway on the left. It has a king size bed and a private attached full bathroom. Bedroom 5 also has a king size bed and a private attached full bathroom.On the lower level of the house, guests will find a game area with a pool table, a foosball table, and a log table for games. There is also a living room with large screen TV, wrap around couch with built-in reclining chairs, and a nearby full bathroom. The laundry room is located on this level.
