This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our office adjoins the space, but your privacy is of the upmost importance. If you like nostalgia, you'll love this property. In the mid 1940's this building was once the very popular Tremain Brothers Lunchroom, and the main road through Jefferson City was present day McCarty. Relaxing weekend
Everything was so comfortable and perfet for our long weekend. We enjoyed the fireplace on a cold rainy evening. This is our 2nd stay here and would love to return next year.

Great venue in Jefferson City!
Came to town for a few days to tour the capitol and prison. Business or Pleasure was located within easy walking distance of the prison (Prison Brews brewery is conveniently located at the halfway point!), and it's not too far of a stretch to walk to the capitol either. The house was clean, cozy and convenient, with good living, dining and sleeping spaces. The kitchen had all the gadgets and place settings we needed, and some provisioning was also provided.
Business or Pleasure more than met our needs and expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend it, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in the area. Thank you Chris!

Well Appointed
We stayed over a couple nights in this apartment while riding the Katy Trail. We arrived tired and sweaty and were grateful for all the small touches like a bottle of sparkling grape juice in the fridge and a fully stocked shower. The owner does need to add a hair dryer, however. The bed was comfortable, and we were allowed to use the basement to safely store our bike. Some good restaurants are within easy walking distance.
