Nice hotel tide and clean rooms and all the staff are literally so majestic as the family
Neat and clean , well maintained. Even though there was some maintenance , they did their best to ensure a good stay. Located close to the Al Hamra corniche at Walking distance. Enough parking at the property. The breakfast was provided in the room as there seems to be some work in the restaurant. however, the quality and quantity was very good.

Great size room for business, good breakfast. Close to the sea and various restaurants. Plenty of parking, taxis easy to find and the hotel staff were excellent. The only minor gripe was the WiFi did not work which is not ideal on a business trip.

My experience at this hotel was way average, an ordinary experience. The hotel suffers from a lack of leadership, his manager should be changed if they want to improve standings, I will not stay here again.

The worst hotel experience I had in KSA. STAY AWAY from it specially if you're coming for quarantine. The food is really bad no service at all. They even give you tea without coffe and it's not packages they just put it on top of a tissue. I stayed for 5 days I infromed the staff to make up my room everyday they never visit. I had to order my food.

The worst accomodation ever, no proffessional managers, no cooperative staff, food taste is horrible, internet is horrible, facilities are a big fat zero. This is my worst nightmare ever and i am in my second day and still 3 more days left. I tried to meet a manager but nothing changed. Ayman Saad Room 253

I am a current resident at the hotel (room 549) and unfortunately, staying for a month here. This is by far the WORST 5-star hotel I've ever seen. I'd rate it 3 stars and it shouldn't carry Radisson's brand. Standard rooms are terrible but they upgraded me to a deluxe room which is the normal standard room in other 5-star hotels. Breakfast is awful. No varieties at all. Waffles or pancakes are tasteless. They only have plain croissant and toast in the bakery section. Salads.. Only few plates (lettuce, cucumber... Etc.) Fruits.. Very funny.. ONE PLATE ONLY with sliced melons and pineapple. They have takeaway coffee cups but the plastic lids are different size that can't be used with the available cup size. ABSOLUTELY zero care to details. Last night, we had a 30-minute power cut so I am not sure if the generator didn't work or they didn't even have one. Today, I packed the laundry bag and left it on the bed. So they put the bag with dirty clothes on the desk and made the bed. So they didn't do the laundry. They don't have power converters for European plugs.
