On my booking it states breakfast for 2 and I also just went to a similar booking online booking for same price I paid and I see breakfast included. I was given room 525 and when I went downstairs to eat, I was told I breakfast wasn’t included on my booking and I was denied eating by the dining manager Mojeed.
The receptionist on duty called Basam was also no helpful because he came back to me to tell me that I wasn’t going to have breakfast.
I had gone for prayer at Al-Haram the whole day and was exhausted, I literally got back at 4am to the room giving to me and this room had a large noise coming out of the roof and couldn’t sleep, I had to make a big deal on Basam the receptionist of the night before I was moved, I literally should have had a meal, pray and sleep.
I was denied eating and was stressed and made not to sleep all night as I needed food as well as a peaceful and quiet room to sleep in, due to tiredness from the whole day’s intense activities.
I can’t sleep now and I’m unsatisfied with this hotel and its service.
I require a huge compensation for this big inconvenience
