Nice place for stay and meet up with family or friends in group.. They have enough space to chill..

Located next to the shopping mall. The room is large. Breakfast is normal. Staff are friendly. Window viewing the highway but it is not noisy.

Lovely hotel staff, very diligent and kind. Good breakfast and varied choice. Room was abit noisy from traffic of tue side of the hotel which is next to the road but on other side of hotel it is quiet.

Room is spacious and value for money paid. Staff are friendly and helpful. If hotel could provide hand shower that would even be better.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Shopping centre. It has a good breakfast buffet selection. The roof-top swimming pool comes with a mountain view. Some hotel staff are helpful and friendly, while others aren't. The hotel needs to improve its cleaning.

Nice pool view, kalo kata anak sekarang spot poolnya ala instagram able bgt..Krn kmrin stay pas liburan lebaran, walhasil cuma bisa foto2 Krn byk bocil, next mau cobain jam 7 mlm deh..anyway recommend liburan di wilayah cibubur

Im here with my husband, the place was nice, room was okay, but the breakfast variety is not enough, although it was a nice experience. You can easily find foods because the mall is under the hotel, and also there are many restaurants nearby.

We had a nice stay at Ciputra hotel . The breakfast good and enough of everything . Great staff . The rooms were clean and comfortable . The thing I was not impressed with is the refrigerator weren’t enough cool yet alone cold . We ask to get it looked at and they said my fridge was better than most . .well I have medication to keep cool and they become spoiled because of te warm temperatures in fridge . Also the pools were full of children on the 4 days we stayed there . I feel someone should do a pee pee whistle and get them to go to toilet to relieve themselves instead of in the pool or from the poolside . I would never swim in there pool

The hotel is just next to shopping mall, easy to find good foods. The access is great, near the highway and definitely must stay hotel in Cibubur Area! PS: breakfast varieties are not much

I booked the standard size room but it was reallly big! Two big beds with a small couch at the side! Toilet was also big, equipped with all the basic necessities! Its also connected to a mall so super convenient. Staff is friendly too. Enjoyed my stay!
