This hotel is average , not bad, not good. They do not sever food, breakfast , tea timely, tea without sugar is main issue. Staff is very nice, polite, cleanness not bad, bathroom clean is not good, wet & dry area mixup, need to be maintenance. Location is No.1, Carl is very good. I gave slight below 3star. I suggest hotel arrange serve tea & like simple toast round the clock or very early morning.We face this issue.

It was a good experience. However we have a complain on the fridge, my mother is diabetic. Fridge was not working in the room. Hence struggled for the insulin keeping. And no additional bed was given. But we are upgraded to suite as we are 3 people. Staffs are very supportive. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is pretty old so we can experience the same in the room as the maintainence is not upto mark. Food of the restaurant is good. Staff was not very friendly. Overall ok stay

It was pleasant stay. Hotel location was very good and convenient to approach all the places. Hotel staffs are cooperative and polite. Over all our trip was memorable and enjoyed.
