The food was very bad. In the morning, i had poha with tea for breakfast, and shortly after, i started experiencing vomiting.

Nice and clean rooms. Staff was very nice. Great stay. Location was approachable. Food options was less but still good service

Hotel rooms are fine, staff is fine & cordial. But ward robe in my room was without hangers and no towel/s are kept in washroom. Towel and hanger was kept on my demand but next day towel was not available.

I have booked the hotel surya excellency, jammu. But when reached the location, they told me they have canceled my booking and informed make my trip, after a heated argument, they shifted to a worse lodge, where ac was just a showpiece and was at almost half the price i paid. Even they refused the breakfast in the morning and you can check my booking i have booked it with breakfast. This is it
