Hotel Sushanti Palace

Room not cleaning daily, dirty bedsheet and pillow cover, no hot water available, no towels and soap available, no drinking water provided.

Fan issue, water issue, no blanket, not hygienic, too much mosketoes, no towel, no hot water, windows glass broken bad not recommend

The hotel is very bad, no cleanness and sanitization is not available, room is very dirty

I though of saving some money by booking non ac room. But this turned out to be a disaster for me. In the last moment my mother who is 72 years old she also want to travel with me, so i called them and they said it will be chargeable, i agreed. I came inside the reception, it was looking like a small lodge, not a hotel. Anyways i paid extra money for my mother, then they showed me the room, i was not satisfied at all. Still i went ahead with it. My mother has as to go upstairs on 2nd floor. As room no 203 was provided. We went inside the room, my mother looked at me and said no, we-cannot stay h were. Within 15 min. I was also not comfortable there so we checked out from there. Not good for females who are traveling alone.

Stay was good and experience good to moderate facilities.
