Check in and check out was quick as I booked my room from MMT. Room was clean. There were multiple mirrors of different size which were set in the room, so if there are 2 ppl stay in a room, can ready immediately at same time instead of waiting. Card inserting slot was horizontal, usually, I have seen vertical slot to insert card in most of the hotels to turn on the lights, so i was little bit surprised as it took me 10-15 seconds to understand where and how to insert the card. Staff was helpful and provided support quickly. I had dinner and breakfast, Food was good in dinner and they had sufficient variety for vegetarians. Most of the things were there in the room that a guest can use.. I suggest hotel to add a clean iron in hotel amenities aslo as when I asked for a iron , it was provided to me immediately but when I started ironing,it put black spot some where on my cloth. It seemed , iron was old and some burnt material was already on that. Overall , it was a good stay. Hotel was near to Jalandhar City railway station and easily approachable.

I would extend my special thanks to Mr rohit for offering such a nice hospitality. This hotel is just another zone as your own home . Special thanks to everyone for making trip of mine family so amazing and wonderful. Food , staff everything just wow

It’s amazing place to stay .I visited many times there with friends and family for party and for dinner .I also stayed two nights with my family .I really enjoyed here because it has pleasant ambience and many facilities . It’s situated in the hub of city.

Stay was quite comfortable. I enjoyed my time at pool side the view was amazing. I would like to thank team house keeping & front office team they are so good and have a smiley face all the time. One of them took my check-in i forgot her name .I'm mentioning her name because she helped me with everything throughout my stay. So thank you guys I mean I loved everything there.

Hotel Maya all team is good mostly front office manager is very kind person . Even front office staff also very helpful and cooperative . So thankyou so much Maya team to give me excellent service .
