The Mama's Resort & Camp

It was very nice stay. Staff were very co operative and grounded. Manohar, Panju saroop, Dev, Milan, bishu... All the satd were well co operative. It was well organised, clean. Camel rides were good. Food was good. The cultural program is great.

The entire experience at the resort was wonderful. The rooms were clean and well equipped with heaters for winter Nd AC for summer season. The staff was very helpful and responsive and catered to every need of ours. Mr Gajendra was very efficient in helping me with all bookings all throughout the trip and not just in jaiselmer. The campus of the resort was very beautiful and gives you the desert experience ***** with a taste of the local cuisine and folklore and music of Rajasthan. The dances organised every evening is exquisite and so is the Night safari that we went on . I would definitely recommend a stay here when you visit Jaiselmer 😇

Very beautiful resort amazing welcome very tasty pure veg food , awasome folk dance and music very tasty high tea and dinner rooms were spacious neat rooms paid desert safari and camel ride were very good nice staff overall super resort we were very happy

The pictures of this hotel says its a very nice hotel but the story is completely different. We three coupled stayed here 1days 1night feel very bad experience. we were booked executive tent with heater it's tariff 6k + per night. when we checked in Heater is not working in this room repeatedly informed their room service n reception but they say within 5min our persob is comeing after 3hrs their staff is come our room checked still solutions not there. If your checking afternoon time, you need to wait for hot water till evening. Big name but facilities provided with 0 star hotel. Staff responds too late on queries. sevice is very very much poor. According to price we would expect to get something good service n management. Even after all thet They are not sorry for that. The service, presentation, food, hospitality, staff behavior are all not upto the mark Attaching photos for their so called luxurious tent and facilities.

Water provided was equivalent to sea water. Running hot water that was promised never came. They even keep the water stopped at night. Food was horrible and hygiene was even worse. Dining area is not cleaned after dinner.were forced to have breakfast over dinner leftovers. Entertainment programme was nothing compared to chikki DHANI.
