Hotel Desert Tulip

At first sight, this looks like a really grand hotel, where we spent 2 nights touring northern India. Large room overlooking the pool, large bed, but the room could do with a refresh. Ok cleanliness wise. Nice pool area, but could do with more loungers. On the first night we went to dinner 5 mins after it started, and the dining room was full with large tables of large tour groups, it was like a school dining hall. To say they ate everything was an understatement and most of the buffett was very low or empty, having to push in to get anything, not wanting to wait after being busy all day we left, and apparently it was refilled after we left. The table we had to sit at was right at the edge of the room as an afterthought, and staff that night were totally disorganised. The next night couldn't have been different, we went 5 mins early, and although full, got a great table. The Buffett was hot and full with lovely ice cream for dessert, staff were great and really attentive. I think they need to look at using the restaurant that was closed for smaller groups and couples, it would have made the experience so much better. It is obvious that it is on the coach your route, but they could do more to make the solo traveller experience better.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The service was very good and they quickly accomodated any request (e.g., heater, extra bed, etc.). The restaurant had a large buffet for dinner with some western options (e.g pasta and chicken). The morning breakfast included cooked to order omelets and dosas. They also included an evening Rajashtani song and dance program.

Very nice,location is very beautiful place ,staff disciplined sweet and nice swimming pool is big and so beautiful and we enjoyed it. The restaurant is so beautiful and the food was very good ,, so eligant so beautiful just looking like a wow

Great ambiance and food Rooms are also quite spacious. The traditional culture programme here is also great and stays true to the roots of Rajasthan. Rooms are extremely clean and well maintained with the hotel providing adequate accessories required.

Worst staff !! Rude behaviour and the food is also not good. My worst hotel experience ever not worth with my money..........................................................................................................

Nice and well maintained property. The swimming pool wasn’t clean . food was great and prompt service.Staff was kind and generous. Great hospitality.the hotel has great design and excellent carvings . Everything is excellent.It was nice experience.every tourist spot is near .everywhere is air conditioned
