Heritage Juma Resort with Swimming Pool

Just arrived here the appearance as you come in is nice . The grounds are nice however the tents and huts need a good refurbishment the room that I am staying in had dirty sanitary towel and a dirty nappy in the bin in the toilet the rooms i needs a good clean possibly with disinfectant I moved rooms a few times as the other rooms didn’t have proper lighting one of them the AC wasn’t working just the small things that housekeeping should pay attention to before a new guest comes and stays from what they portray on the pictures on the website is not what you get far from it the place needs a good clean the swimming pool the gardens just general maintenance of the place We went on a desert Safari which was quite good camel ride and you also can do quad biking which I opted not to do. That was fun. Stunning views of the sunset. As we returned back from the desert, at 7:30 pm the evenings entertainment started A welcoming-nice cup of masala tea and light snacks The evening entertainment was Rajasthan folk dance and singing followed by a Rajasthan buffet which was okay my overall experience 5 out of 10 small improvements can be made attention to detail and cleanliness .

ROOM INTERIAR , BAD , FURNITUR ARE POOR QUALITY WASHROOM ALSO VERY DURTY SMELL. NIGHT KALBELIYA PROGRAM IS ALSO BAD.NO PROPRE ROOM SERVICES, IN THE TENT NOT A PHONE FACILITY NOT CALL BELL. AND FINALLY FOOD QUILITY IS NOT UPTO THE MARK. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS TENT CITY.

This property has fairly well maintained rooms but the bathroom was dingy with no ventilation. The problem was with the dining area which was dirty with flies hovering around as nobody bothers to clean the tables and the floor. Worst was that we found an insect in the Upma, leaving us feeling sick and nauseous. They need to keep the kitchen and dining area clean and hygienic.

My family and I had a truly memorable experience at the resort. The facilities and services lived up to our expectations. The staff's exceptional behavior and support made our stay special. They were courteous, helpful, and ensured our comfort throughout. Highly recommend!

The resort is really overrated. We booked a cottage. Room size was fine but bathroom water was not clean. The dining hall needs proper lighting. It was very dark. No tea or coffee kit was provided in the room. Good thing is that food taste was fine. Cultural program was very nice. Desert safari was good. Welcoming gesture was nice. I will recommend this resort provided if they can work bit points i raised.

Worst experience in my life! We entered in the afternoon, two guys welcomed us with “hey bro”. Two out of three tends were dirty with flies everywhere! Flies it means 50/60! The third tend has a hole in the it and in a desert is not recommended! WiFi was not working and nobody spoke English! Be careful to these tend in the desert because most of them are not built but they are delivered as they are. The camp is 50km to jaisalmer which once entered into the camp makes difficult to go back. Don’t be trapped by fake reviews online!
