Hotel Relax Inn Jaisalmer

Yesterday night we wanted to drink a coffee and we decided to stop at this wonderfull rooftop hotel. The view is amazing and the owner is a very kind person. He took time to tell us the story of the city and suggested many things to do in this beautiful city, so the morning after we decided to come back again for a delicious tea. Recommended!

Amazing place to stay. Very clean. People are very nice and helpful. Close to the fort, lake and city. I was sick for a night and the boss Aziz, came at the middle of the night to help me. Thanks you very much. I warmly recommend this place to stay. Its pretty rare to find this quality of cleaning in india and at a very good price. Relax Inn is hands down one of the most comfortable stays in Jaisalmer. Starting with the stay itself—the rooms are exceptionally clean, cozy, comfortable, and peaceful. The pricing is very reasonable, and in comparison to other options in Jaisalmer, it felt like a blessing to find such quality at this price point. Plus the location is a huge plus point as it is super close to the Jaisalmer fort , and other attractions are also close by. The host, Mr. Aziz, is truly exceptional. He is one of the most helpful and respectful people I’ve met. His approachable nature and genuine care make you feel like part of the family. From giving us great recommendations on what to do in Jaisalmer to ensuring a smooth check-in process, Mr. Aziz was always there to assist. He even helped us book a rickshaw in time, ensuring we didn’t miss our train. I highly recommend trying the home-cooked meals offered at Relax Inn. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The vegetarian thali, in particular, was our favorite. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Jaisalmer, don’t think twice—head straight to Relax Inn. You won’t regret it!

This hotel is quite a shanti place , the staff is very helpful and they can manage every desire like camel desert trip and city tours , the location is just 10 min walking from the Jaisalmer Fort and the rooms are clean and comfortable . The rooftop restaurant has a good view and a large range of dishes .b

Service from Relax Inn was excellent from the point of booking. The Co- owner Aziz got in touch via the booking engine to arrange pick up from the train station. He speaks good English and was also able to explain options for camel safaris around Jaisalmer. All conversations were hassle free, there was no pressure to book. Our train from Jodhpur was 4 hours late but we kept in touch with Aziz and he was at the station to meet us at 3am! He escorted us to the hotel which is just outside the fort walls, less than 10 minutes easy walk to the main gate. The hotel is a new building constructed in sandstone to match the local architecture. Our room was a good size, well decorated with ac and fan and a large comfy bed. The bathroom was modern with hot water shower. The booking engine had mentioned balcony and we were expecting an external one but it was a large window with ledge and space for sitting. There is a nice roof top restaurant and we ate there a number of times in the 3 nights we stayed. Food was good price, freshly cooked and tasty. We booked a camel safari through the hotel (personal, just us and guide) which was excellent. We slept in the desert under the stars and had a good meal cooked on open fire plus 2 camel rides. All was top quality. Literally nothing was too much trouble for Aziz and the staff. He booked us a bus to Udaipur and took us to the bus station and made sure we got our seats ok. The level of service really was excellent and he and his partner Tiger really care about their business and reputation. It’s no surprise everyone ranks it 5 star- it’s well deserved. I’d recommend Relax Inn as a place to stay and would return again. Nice room, good people, great service, what more do you need ?!

I was there for a solo trip, Aziz was really helpful with me and incredible kind for manage my staying here In Jaisalmer. In addition I got an really really nice experience in safari with him. Outside the tourist area so we have enjoyed a lot seeing sky, ridding camel and really good food as well. Rehan and Amin was as well really welcome I recommend this place 200% time if you come there in Jaisalmer you need to book here ! Clément
