Friendly staff, but it all feels a bit outdated. Sound insulation is very poor. Pool was closed, wasn't aware of that.

The property is big and rooms are spacious, despite in the middle of jaipur city the area is like a quiet zone. The staff specially Mr ASLAM very friendly. It was wonderful stay

NICE CULTURAL SHOW EVERYDAY IN THE EVENING WITH DIFFERENT LOCAL FOLK INSTRUMENTS DAILY. ROOMS & LOBBY WITH HIGH CEILINGS & TRULY A PALACE FEEL. VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AT CITY CENTRE. EXCELLENT SERVICE. FOOD VARIETY/QUALITY/PRESENTATION ALSO VERY GOOD.

Abysmal staff. Lazy. Didn’t want to place a sun bed because it was ‘about to rain’. Asked him to call his manager so he reluctantly placed the bed. Spa and steam can only accommodate one person at a time which is ridiculous for such a large hotel. Food is good.

This was our second stop in India and we loved this hotel with one exception which I'll get to below... The grounds, hotel and staff are exceptional! We loved the restaurants, breakfast was an amazing array of Indian & European options - the croissants shouldn't be missed. Staff is very attentive. Drinks at the bar with Indian snacks was a perfect late dinner and only topped by the Italian restaurant's great pastas and pizza - I know we were in Jaipur and still couldn't resist it. My only criticism is that my room 348 was under some kind of machinery or laundry which ran during the night...think of a dryer running/bumping overhead. I heard it the first night but managed to sleep through it but the 2nd night it woke me in the middle of the night. The next few nights I used ear plugs... The room itself was large, beautiful and clean with comfortable bedding and nice shower. I would definitely recommend the hotel, just avoid room 348 or the ones on either side (my friends heard the noise as well).

Our stay at Jai Mahal was absolutely fantastic. We loved every aspect, from grand welcome, rooms/property being neat and clean, customer service and feeling like a royal in dinning area. Loved Aslambhai's energy and to go above and beyond to make sure our dinning experience stayed consistent. Even asking for our plan for the day and offering to-go boxes for kids. Small gestures like this has won hearts of all 7 members of our party. After being at this property kids were bit disappointed in Agra and Delhi hotels. While going back home, kids requested we go explore more destinations in Rajasthan and hotel has to be Taj property. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant. Look forward to visiting more of Taj's properties in future.

It’s literally a palace that makes you feel like royalty. The team are so friendly and attentive there’s nothing more they could do to make you feel comfortable and at home. The tour of the building was also excellent. Plenty of nice touches including live traditional music at breakfast and cultural show every evening.

Many thanks to the Jai Mahal team (Aslam, Surendra, Monu, Siddharth, Bhavesh) for making the stay a very memorable one. From arrival greetings in traditional Taj way, the check in process was smooth and quick. The staff made us feel at home by accompanying us on a property tour and helping us with lessons in kite flying. The puppet show and traditional Rajasthani dance in the evening was a great way to introduce the local culture. What was special was the surprise birthday cake and goodie to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We were truly touched by the good luck coin presented up on checking out. Once again, many thanks to the entire Jai Mahal team!

Excellent service and food . Specially like to thank Mr. shiv Mathur and Yatharth for their hospitality. Food was delicious and the ambiance was very good . Christmas tree was very beautifully decorated. Would like to visit again and recommend all our friends visiting Jaipur. Thank you so much

We are here in Jai Mahal for our special day for celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary.On 15th Dec we checked in.The property is royal.Please don't give a second thought if you want to celebrate your special day in a royal way..the place is "Jai Mahal".The property gives the absolute "Jodha Akbar movie feeling".Coming to the food and service...standing applaud to the people here.Let me share lil details.Our anniversary dinner had got lil messed because may be we could not communicate our requirement(well cooked chicken biryani)to chef and ended up not having anything well on our anniversary date night.My 4.5 year old kid hardly could have anything as the biryani vegetables were uncooked and so was the chicken but somehow chahat from Cinnamon kitchen arranged some butter and steam rice for us for atleast that night. Next day morning Chef Bhaveshji in the morning breakfast buffet when served us an awesome omlette ...I just couldn't stop myself in complimenting his omlette and shared our lil bitter experience of 15th Dec.From there started the magic of Jai Mahal-the entire team(Marble Arch) stepped in including the higher management (Monu Pratap ji)for compensating our anniversary date dinner.So 16th Dec we had a complete bliss.We got everything as we wanted(well cooked grilled chicken,smashed potato (vegan),chicken fried rice,french fries and followed by a chocolate cake as dessert.The food was just yumm...and the service from Diya melted our heart .Her eyes were so apologetic for the last night.She kept us feeling the warmth of Rajasthan's hospitality.Monu Pratap ji explicitly came to our table...the chefs,the bakery chef(Chef Prakash ji) everyone ensured that we are having a perfect belated anniversary date. Food & Beverages Service Team- Mr. Aslam, Mr. Vikram, Mr. Krishan, Ms. Diya, Ms. Chahat, Mr. Satyajeet, Mr. Santosh, Mr. Madan, Mr. Abdullah Culinary Team- Chef Bhavesh, Chef Pankaj, Chef Prakash. They all made sure we are super happy and contented....Standing applaud and loud cheers to the Jai Mahal team..They know how to mend things...Hospitality personified as Jai Mahal team....excellent is a very small word. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Jai Mahal Palace hotel. All the members of the staff were exceptional while performing their duties, including the security personnel at the main gate whose greetings with their ever-smiling faces and 'namastes' were so refreshing and assuring that it melted our hearts everytime we passed by the gates. The property was well maintained and so were the rooms. They were clean and offered all the required amenities. The House-keeping staff were super-efficient and took care of all our requests. The food at Marble Arch was good and to our taste and so was the ambience. However, what stood out was the hospitality and the courteous nature of the restaurant staff. Their service, everytime that we were there for a meal was exceptional and incomparable. In fact, the pampering never stopped. A very special thanks to Aslam and Diya for promptly attending to our food orders and requests. While we will cherish our stay at the Jai Mahal Palace hotel due to its grandeur and historical significance, it is also a fact that it was made memorable due to the cordiality and graciousness of the staff.

We travelled to India for October half term (2024) and had the pleasure of staying at this superbly appointed property steeped in history in Jaipur. My one regret was that our schedule only enabled us to stay for 2 nights. Our luxury Garden Room which was immaculately clean and had a sumptuously comfortable bed, overlooked the beautifully manicured gardens to the front of the hotel. However, next time I would recommend a garden room with a terrace, that is if your budget allows. The fabulous quality and surroundings of this former palace were easily surpassed by the excellent service which we received from the staff at the hotel, from the moment we arrived at the front desk, to be greeted with blessings and welcome beads, to the bar staff, and most attentive of waiting staff in the restaurants. Whilst we had a slight issue with one of the courses served at supper, the manner in which the staff sympathetically and with amazing resolve dealt with the matter was beyond belief. We even had senior members of staff approach us for the remainder of our visit to ensure ensure our stay was memorable and we all departed singing the praises of concerned. Thank you Jai Mahal Palace for a wonderful visit. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

The hotel is a huge property with beautiful gardens, roaming peacocks, a horse carriage and very pleasant staff The Italian restaurant Giardino serves very authentic Italian fare The main restaurant has an extensive breakfast spread and very helpful, smiling staff. Special thanks to chef Bavesh for going the extra mile to get us our favourite Dosa and Vada and Poori!
