Mr & MRS Smith Royal Heritage Haveli

We are a family of 8 who were traveling here from different parts of the country and world for a get together. The rooms were booked for two nights and paid for two months in advance and I had received an email from the hotel confirming the same. The night before checking in when I called the hotel to ask if we could check in early. I was informed that now our rooms were going to be available for only one night! The next two hours were extremely stressful as it looked like a carefully planned family vacation at the end of the year was going to be chaotic. After a lot of back and forth and insisting on my part they agreed to giving us the rooms for two nights. This is the first time I am experiencing anything like this for a fully paid booking! The rooms were not ready to occupy till 2:30 pm though the check in time was 2:00 pm. Hot water issues were there in two rooms for the first day, so some of us bathed in cold water in the Jaipur winter. The hotel, rooms and grounds are gorgeous and well cared for. Food at the restaurant was fantastic and the outdoor dining with bonfires under a tree was very atmospheric. The masseuse at the spa is very skillful and all of us left very refreshed and rejuvenated after a very unpleasant start.

Hunting Lodge -Charming Caravansary, with the ancient history of premis, rooms and green gardens impress a lot of us and express its beauty, the chef and restaurant staff Mitu are very helpful.It is very quiet and clean, the cleanliness is very good, before coming we were wondering what the hotel would be like but from there we are feeling like coming home, we have left a family, we will always remember this But one thing gave a bad experience,We wanted to leave a tip for the staff, but the gratuity box did not appear at reception When I asked at the reception, he told me to put the tip in the gratuity box kept in the upstairs office.When I went there, there was a very small girl with white shirt and she said, give it to me, I will distribute it to everyone.I found it strange but I gave it to her, as soon as I turned, she put it in her pocket.I don't know who she was but she was very bad and mean minded.I realized I wasted my £70, I have a request to distribute it among the entire staff. We will recommend everyone to spen their leisure and we will come following time.

Everything was perfect at this hotel. It is a lovely escape from the bustling world of Jaipur. Very good food and friendly staff and also the spa and meditation sessions were well fitting to our needs and requests. We will definitely come back.
