Nice hotel and great location of vki industrial area. Staff is very good and also food is very delicious.

We visit this hotel with a group of 9 from Satyam Tours. Compliments for Amar (Breakfast) the *** with the glasses. Good service! In general, the rooms could smell a little better. It didn't smell that good. The toilet was clogged. A tip, if a room for three people has been booked, put an extra bed in advance

Do not stay at this hotel! The owner of this hotel has tarnished my amazing experience in India with his aggressive and childish behaviour. He had our passports for over 3 hours and when we politely asked for them back, he refused to give them to us. We even said we would return them when we returned to the hotel if he still needed to process them (we were on our way out for some sightseeing). He became angry, waving his arms around and screaming. He threw our passports on the floor and told us to check out. Because we were part of a larger tour group, we were still able to stay but he made our stay very difficult. We did not have our rooms serviced at all and we had to request toilet paper (which was not provided). All the other hotels were more than accommodating, serving us breakfast 30minutes earlier as we had long drives of over 6 hours. However, this hotel refused to open breakfast earlier and kept messing the tour group around with other events that had been organised through the hotel (they kept changing times for a cooking demonstration they were providing, making it difficult for us to arrange the rest of the day). The hotel facilities were also terrible (don't be fooled by the grand entrance that is beautifully kept, or the amazing photos on the website). The pool is full of sludge and bird droppings, and is completely unsafe to touch let alone swim in. The food in the restaurant wasn't anything spectacular, and the chicken actually tasted off. We didn't finish eating it. The staff in the restaurant were polite and friendly.

It's a great stay nice pool at roof top food quality is very good and lots of option to eat I like the property and staff is also very good location is very good you can get all transport to go market and near railway station I really recommend to come and stay

Behavior of the reception staff was not good. The room was smelling and the shower was also not working properly. And there was no guard available at the gate after 12 o'clock. Quality of hotel is not good. Staying in this hotel is a waste of money.

The service is perfect because all the staff is very helpful and available. We stayed for 3 nights, which is enough to visit the important monuments in the city of Jaipur. We will have a great memory from this place.
