Nitesh took me through the entire property tour and provided very informative facts about the hotel which made me feel quite curious about how good this property is. Totally worth it. The staff and the facilities are amazing. Ankit, Sahil, Gaurav and Sonam at the restaurant were too good in terms of service. Rooms and the overall vibe is very relaxing. Must visit over a weekend. One of the most iconic properties in Jaipur.

I stayed at Shiv Villa in Jaipur from February 6-8, 2025, for a wedding, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Not only was the room maintenance below expectations, but I also faced a serious security issue where USD 1,000 was stolen from my foreign guest room. The room was poorly maintained, especially considering the price. The condition of the room was not up to standard, and it was not what I expected from a hotel charging these rates. To make matters worse, I discovered the theft of my money and was shocked to learn that hotel staff, including the manager, may have been involved, with duplicate keys possibly being used to access my room without my consent. I reported the theft to both the management and local authorities immediately. However, the response from the management was disappointing, and my concerns were not taken seriously. As a foreign guest, we expected better security, service, and attention to detail, especially at a venue like this. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at Shiv Villa to be cautious and aware of the potential risks. I hope the hotel takes urgent action to improve both its security protocols and room maintenance to ensure no other guest experiences the same problems.
