I recently had the misfortune of staying at Brij Bageecha, where I encountered a series of unpleasant experiences, particularly with the restaurant staff. The staff's aggressive approach to collecting feedback was overwhelming and intrusive. They would repeatedly ask for feedback, often in a forceful manner, making me feel uncomfortable and pressured. This approach made it clear that the staff was more interested in meeting their feedback targets than providing genuine service. The experience felt artificial and forced, rather than welcoming and attentive. Furthermore, the receptionist, Muskan, was unfriendly and unprofessional, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The management, led by GM Vivek Dubey, seems to be prioritizing feedback collection over guest satisfaction. This approach needs to be reevaluated to ensure that guests feel valued and respected.
