Amazing place to stay and very attentive and welcoming staff. It’s a little out of town but easy enough to take a tuk tuk or take a short walk. Lovely pool area and very clean rooms, would highly recommend to anyone visiting this area. Thank you!

The property is stunning, like a museum or gallery. The room was a bit dark but it made us relaxI.The staff is friendly and helpful, they arranged a one day TukTuk tour for around five thousand.Although They don't have a kitchen facility, no chef, we can have food delivered based on a menu with some explanation.I recommend you order breakfast, then you can enjoy wonderful local food at the poolside.

An exceptional property perfectly located to explore Jaffna and the Northern Territories. Gorgeous pool; terrific environment (we particularly enjoyed the ‘central open courtyard’; comfortable bed; amazing food, which is brought in from a local chef, and really is delicious and ‘real’

Beautiful, atmospheric hotel near the centre of the city but calm and peaceful. Added bonus of a pool as well as wonderful atrium. Order in food from local traditional restaurant to add to the experience. Helpful, friendly staff and great value.

Worst place ever. Foriegners dont go there. They have taken my money to reserve a room and once I reached there on the day I booked, they said there was no booking confirmed and I have to leave. I have showed my booking confirmation and they didn't even care. Manager shouted at me over the phone when I asked my advance. They have not returned my advance payment also. There is a manager called Muthu and the accountant smuggle the guests money and escape. I have stayed in Jaffna street without any places since it was a long weekend on 14th Sep and 15th Sep 2024 I travelled from Colombo. I have attached proof of my reservation also. They are cheating customers money and escape like nothing. Customers have to find another place or stay in the Jaffna street at night with family members.

Wonderful, friendly & welcoming hotel. Staff were very accommodating & friendly. Nothing was too much for them. The hotel was conveniently situated to access various landmarks such as Nallur Kandaswamy Temple, the market, Jaffna Fort & the impressive library. We highly recommend this cosy hotel with its friendly staff. We were very happy there & felt at home.

This place is very beautiful and very well decorated maintaing the traditional values. The room was huge very clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. They gave us good breakfast.There is lot of place around full of trees and plants.There is a small swimming pool also We had requested for a packed breakfast at 6.30 AM and they packed it very neatly. All the staff members were very nice and special thanks to Mr Niranjan and Mr.Sudha who took very good care Though we definitely felt the rate for this place at this time is on the higher side

The hotel is set in an old Jaffna villa on Brown Road, 10 minute walk from the city center. Wonderful place and very nice staff to assist you with anything you need. They do not have a restaurant but the catered food you can order from an extensive menu is great.

We had a lovely stay here. Room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable and bedding was fresh and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean and shower was hot. A/C worked well. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was nice and plentiful although it would have been ice to have some juice. The only think I would say is that it was overpriced for what you get
