Muy buen hotel, habitaciones muy confortables con una smart TV enorme. Además pudimos ir con nuestro perro sin problema. Muy recomendable

La habitación muy buena, el baño amplio. Las instalaciones estupendas.

酒店在哈恩城外的高速路邊，開車到市中心大約10分鐘。交通非常便利。周圍免費停車位充足，房間舒適，餐廳酒吧不錯，前台入住的自助機器居然有中文。

Stayed 4 nights and had a very nice sleep. The rooms a silent and dark. The entrance to the rooms contains double doors. This isolates the noice and lights from the corridor. The breakfast buffet as the restaurant is good. Parking is for free and near the hightway which you will not hear In the rooms. To get to Jaen you will need a car. The price and quality is very affordable.

Never again!! The lady in the bar was miserable and unhelpful. Towels for the pool were only given out if your passport was surrendered or secured with 10 euro. Why not give towel cards to residents when they check in? The roof by the pool is in urgent need or repair. Dangerous to residents using the pool. Massive wasps nest by the small pool. Trees by the pool need maintenance, branches seen dropping o to the ground close to sunbeds.

Big room. 3 large bed in it. With a small balcony. The room has an iron and ironing board which was great. A little bit old fashioned but I enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast was pretty good and dinner I would say just ok. The staff there was super friendly

Excellent comfortable accommodation, scrupulously clean bedroom, bathroom and public areas. Restaurant (breakfast) has a wide choice and well presented. Car parking immediately outside front of hotel. Highly recommended.

Booked this hotel as a base to visit Baeza/Ubeda/Jaen and it was perfect for what we wanted. Clean, modern hotel close to the motorways (which you don't hear) to the 3 cities mentioned before. But also only a bit more than an hour to Granada and Cordoba. Massive free parking lot available. Probably because this hotel seems very popular to host wedding parties. And unlike the motorway. These can be heard from your room even with the sliding door closed. As it was April and the weather not that great it didn't bother me though. 2 big positives were the mattresses and pillows. Where normally in Spain I utterly hate the pillows. These were marvelous. The memoryfoam provides good support while one of the others provides height. Combined with lovely mattresses gave me the best sleep in ages. Better than my own bed. The breakfast is a good buffet style, in (again) a modern designed room. However the accoustics are not that great. So if I had to come up with a downside it would be the echo chamber that is the breakfast room. If I'd ever return to visit Jaen I would without a doubt come back here

Convenient location, great rooms, easy and free on site parking but : 9:45 and no more bread. See pictures of the fantastic selection. Breakfast finishes at 11. No manager on site. Nobody replacing him/her, so : nobody to complain to (except Tripadvisor). Lady at reception said they would bring bread down to the breakfast room but of course they never did (she just wanted me to get out of her face, I guess). Swimming pool closed. Tea but no coffee in the room. I was told If you want coffee you have to order it by calling room service. When you call room service, nobody picks up because there is only one person in charge at that time of the morning and that person is busy doing other things. Breakfast buffet has instant coffee sachets so why not put two in the room ? I asked them in the evening to put an Icepack in the freezer for me because I needed it to take care of a muscle injury in the morning. They gave it back to me at room temperature. NOT 4 star service. Who is in charge here ? Round up your staff and speak to them !

Ready bad service at the caffetery. Tables full of dirty plates outside whilst a waiter called Rafa is laughing inside with other colleague after being asked politely to prepare one of the tables as my disabled mother - 78 years old lady- walk with a stick and cannot stand for long due to spinal injury. The waiter in question told me to go or wait. We originally decided to wait thinking that he was going to clean a table reasonably quickly. After being left outside in the heat of August for more than 15 minutes while he decided to take a break to smoke we told him the service has declined a lot and he said he knew the owner and if so wanted to speak to him, he will say the same. This type of disrespectful behaviour towards disable people is unacceptable. I did not like the empowered behaviour of this rude waiter. If this is Ethics of the owner, as the waiter claimed, everybody should not stay in this hotel. They do not deserve your visit. In these times, there is not room for this discriminatory behaviour and entitled rude staff. Luckily, Jaen has many other options such as Infants Cristina Hotel or So Parador where to stay and have an excellent service. Hotel is also old and run down. Stay away from this place.

Acabo de celebrar mi boda en este magnífico hotel. Que puedo decir, todo espectacular, es imposible pensar en otro sitio para celebrar todos los eventos de mi familia. Gracias a Juan, Raquel y Yamal y a todo el equipo de camareros, recepcionistas, limpiadoras...amabilidad, profesionalidad y sobre todo se nota que ponen el corazón en todo. No solo nosotros sino todos los invitados coincidieron en que todo fue increíble y por eso agradecemos toda la atención, el cariño y sobre todo una profesionalidad a un nivel que nunca he visto en un hotel. MIL GRACIAS y espero ir muchas veces y disfrutar de vuestras instalaciones y compañía.

Un hotel que aunque es grande, a la vez es acogedor, principalmente por la atención del personal y la comodidad de la habitación, servicio de cafetería y restaurante, y una máquina de café frente a la recepción funcionando las 24 horas del día y de manera gratuita. La habitación es amplia, camas muy cómodas y un televisor muy grande. Baño completo, una pequeña nevera, tabla de planchar y plancha. Todo muy limpio. Lo peor del hotel, el acceso al mismo.

Hotel recomendable a las afueras de Jaén. Con vehículo propio está en una zona inmejorable para desplazarte a cualquier punto de la provincia. Habitaciones amplias, sin ruido exterior, con terraza, luminosas, limpias y con una de las camas más cómodas en las que he dormido. El desayuno es correcto. Resaltar que en las habitaciones hay calentador de agua para hacerte una infusión y en el vestíbulo de entrada disponen de máquina de café totalmente gratuita. Personal atento y amable, tanto en recepcion como en comedor. Y para finalizar una pequeña sugerencia. Con el vestíbulo tan amplio y bonito que hay es una lástima que el personal de recepción esté "escondido" detrás de una máquina de check-in 24 horas con lo impersonal que resulta que en un hotel te reciba un aparato de estos. Por lo demás, hotel muy recomendable.
