Nothing to complain about here. Staff was great and so was the room.

This hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. We had just come in from a 10 hour drive and we were tired. But the staff greeted us with smiles and answered all our stupid questions with smiles. I would definitely come back to this hotel again. And it was walking distance to V Pizza! Which was perfect!

This stay was awful. Nothing about this Hilton was up to expectations. I specifically put in my reservation notes I needed a room that did not have animals in it. I have very bad allergies. At check in I requested this again & was told this was not possible at this location. Too late to change at this point. Got in elevator, arrived at second floor to a horrible stench. Literally took my breath away. Opened door to our room & still had a terrible musky odor. Woke up this morning with my eyes matted together due to an allergic reaction. I wanted to tell front desk clerk at check out, but she was too busy on her cell phone to take care of me. Not at all the standards I have come to expect to Hilton. Very disappointed. Would not stay at this location ever again. Definitely could not recommend.

My experience with this hotel was great. I came with a large group and they were very accommodating to our needs. They were renovating and the drilling was loud and overwhelming. Given the circumstances, I understand. I started in an outdated room and the hotel didn’t hesitate to swap my room upon request. I was moved to an updated suite with a balcony which made my experience even better. Monday -Friday we were greeted by a lovely kitchen staff Charlie. He was helpful with identifying places to eat and activities to do in the area. Overall this hotel was ok and I would stay again if given the opportunity.

The hotel was under construction and our room smelled like paint. We understood that it was under construction, so we ignored the paint smell and stains on the carpet and didn’t complain. After a concert, we went back to the hotel and ordered Uber eats. We kindly asked the front desk clerk to call our room once the food arrived. She said she was too busy completing an audit to help with that. She said “I have my own work to do”. Then in the morning, we tried using the phone for late check out, the phones didn’t work so I called from my cell. The front desk answers and when I let her know the phones weren’t working, she argued and said “yes they do” and “I could hear you when you called”. I explained that I couldn’t hear her and that the phones are broken. She gave us late check out, but I do feel like the front desk should be treating their guests with more hospitality. Specially when the hotel is undergoing construction. This is my first time ever complaining about any hotel.

Stayed here for a wedding. This had to be the worst stay I have had in years by far. The rooms were dingy. When the light reflected on the doors you could see all kinds of grime and handprints. The same with the furniture. Every time the toilet flushed it vibrated and sounded like it was going to explode. The beds were hard and to top it off the hotel is doing renovations. When we got there there on a Friday there was nonstop drilling and jackhammering above our heads. Stopped for the evening but begin at 10 AM on Saturday all day long. The noise got so loud that we had to go downstairs to the lobby just be able to talk to each other. Forget about trying to take a nap and get some rest. To add insult to injury, the rooms were not cheap at $250 a night. Plus taxes and $20 a day for parking. Breakfast was not included and was $16 per person for the buffet. Extremely overpriced when you can go down the street to Panera bread and eat better food for less than that. The people were nice and the bartender was nice which is why I gave it a 2. Do better Hilton!!!! I have a video of the drilling sound in our room But it wouldn’t let me add it.

At breakfast this morning, I was surprised with the kindness of a lady named Destiny. I ordered the French toast and it comes with meat, but I wanted some hash Browns, but they weren't included on the menu for that meal combo. But I was allowed to have them at no extra charge, thanks to Destiny. Now to/about Mr. Brown, the cook. I ordered 6 wings on the the night that I checked in, and I wanted all drummets.I was told by the waitress that they don't that, but they do half and half. She asked Mr. Brown, and he agreed to do it for me anyway. P.S. About breakfast again, the hash Browns that I ordered, Mr. Brown asked if I wanted them fresh or off the buffet, of course, I ordered them fresh. That was a very kind gesture from Mr. Browns! Thanks to all of the staff at Homewood, Suites, and Hilton Garden Inn.

Pillow, sheets and bed are of the lowest quality. Shower head was rusted and pulled straight out of the 90's. And to top it all off, they charge you for the measley breakfast they have. I literally grabbed a plate and a representative stopped me and said the buffet is $15. I asked, so nothing is free? All i got in response was a blank stare.

Best breakfast ever. Charlie provided the best level of service I have ever had and made it a better experience for everyone. Great location, big, clean rooms and nice bar and social areas. Blocks away from some nice restaurants and near downtown.
