I want to thank Tanya, for all of her help. My room was booked for Sunday instead of Saturday, my child and I would have been sleeping in our car. I left Hampton Inn, the worst customer service, the lady at the desk did not care if I had the wrong date or not. I went over to the Hilton, Garden, and explained my situation. Tonya jumped right in she said we will not let that happen, you and your child sleep in your car. Tonya worked it out for me. I just want to say, we need more Tonyas! When I come back to Jacksonville, NC that's the Hotel I will be staying. To the manager give Tonya a raise and acknowledgment for the quick thinking and being so helpful to me. The lady and young man the waiter, in the restaurant, forgot their name was very nice as well Thank you again, Tonya!
