I took the time to read through all the negative reviews across various online platforms, and I can confidently say that 99% of the issues have been addressed. The staff was welcoming, the breakfast was served hot and fresh, and the rooms were impeccably clean. Keep in mind, this is Jackson—if you’re new to the area, it might take a little getting used to. The location is great; it’s peaceful, safe, and secure. I stayed 3 weeks at another hotel that won’t be named (it rhymes with Milton) and everyday was a nightmare. The managerial staff here cares and goes out of their way to fix any issues.

We attended the Deck the District and I wanted to stay at the venue. We walked everywhere and enjoyed lunch and then shopping and the other activities. The hotel was so convenient and the staff was very attentive. The breakfast was good and all areas were clean. We will come back, perhaps to do spring shopping. It was very quiet, by the way and safe.

The service is exceptional! Deon and Heather at the front desk always greet with a smile . I can’t say enough positive things regarding this location! Definitely recommend! The outside pool is extremely clean! Plenty of parking! 24hr Security! Amazing restaurants next door!

As people who travel 100% for work, the thing we miss the most is home. No matter where we go, it’s not quite like home. However, Deun and Heather have made our stay feel as close to home as possible. Heather’s care and attention to detail, and Deun’s humor and personality make us feel cared for like we’re with family. The only thing better than a fresh seafood boil to make your stay in Mississippi as amazing as possible is the opportunity to stay at this Residence Inn and meeting Heather and Deun.
