We booked this hotel because it was listed as a five star. Immediately when you enter you realize that it is not. We booked it as it was close to the airport for our next day trip to Korea. Although we booked for three people and paid as such, they wanted us to pay for two more breakfasts in the morning. The breakfast which is very separ compared to the other included breakfasts that we experienced on our trip to Japan. From the manga library to the onsen everything was very subpar. We arrived late in the evening and they did not have room for us so decided to ask us for more money for the same room on a smoking floor. We had specifically asked for when further from the elevator but was given one on a smoking floor close to the elevator and they asked for 4000 more yen. They do not have credit card tapb citing security concerns and for a 5star hotel that is concerning. There were no provisions in the bathroom. You had to get them yourself in the lobby. Staff does not seem very knowledgeable and unable to assist with simple requests. Very disappointed in this hotel. It would be a stretch to give them two stars out of five stars. The manga library was smaller than in the pictures and although they do have massage chairs they are all paid. Coming area garbage cans and microwave. Do not feel like a five-star experience. Garbage piled up and at breakfast items were not refilled quickly even though they were only about 11 people in the cafeteria Feel like we were lied to.

Great for a one night's stay for next day flight in Kansai airport. The hotel is very near the train station so it is convenient. There's also a konbini nearby. 1 stop away from Rinku premium outlet shopping 😃 Highly recommended as it is cheap!

Next to the metro, it’s right in front of the exit. Super convenient. The price are friendly too. Room clean , fast check in

The room is clean, looks new and has complete equipment. There is a heater for staying in the winter. It’s sooooo good 😊 recommend!

Great hotel very close to train station. The outdoor bath on top floor is beautiful. Coffee and pop machine during the day is a nice touch.

The location is excellent, and the hotel is clean and well-maintained. However, the breakfast selection is quite limited.

Great location, just next to the train staion, minimarts just next from the hotel. The room is very clean. Good choice to stay if you have early morning flight, just 15min by train to the airport.

I think this is a very special order. First of all, when I entered the front desk to register, the process was very smooth. No matter which language I used, it was always "universal". Secondly, whether it is hygiene, service or the environment... All of this exceeded my expectations. In conclusion, it's excellent. Please keep this attitude!

The hot spring was nice, and it was very close to the station. It was a great stay before the flight at Kansai Airport.

breakfast closed time 0930 is too early, hot spring pool is super clean and awesome with air conditioner, outside the hot spring you can get comics room which is fabulous. Overall, is worth to recommend!

The hotel is very close at the airport. It is so comfortable. The staff is so nice and breakfast is good!

Really enjoyed this little hotel. Loved the free lotions that they provided. Relly really close to the airport too. Big problem I have is regarding the noise. Since it's so close to the JR it was super noisy. The onsen I also think is not natural onsen, big smell of chlorine. Smells more like I'm sitting inside of a hot swimming pool. But other than this given the price and it's location it's still a wonderful choice for travellers who arrive late to the airport or wishes to catch a plane in the morning.
