Excellent cleaning service. Room was very clean, comfortable and organized. Very close to KIX airport and hotel offered a convenient shuttle service on time to terminal 1. The people working there very friendly and excellent customer service.

The check in service normal, room facilities is old type but still clean and tidy, only the chair got some stains seems some liquid was spilt on it and didn't get clean properly, good point is this hotel have shuttle bus directly to airport, the railway to airport is totally mess and confused, i stayed there for two days still couldn't figure out how to take the train to airport by local line. Shuttle bus service is nice , driver very politely and professional, even at that period only me myself only one passenger, still drive me to airport with the bus.

Absolutely the best hotel staff !! So friendly and helpful!! The shuttle is great but make sure if you need it check the times because drop offs and pick ups are limited. The room was clean and spacious. The tub and water pressure amazing ! The breakfast was good but get there early because it gets busy and the food was not available. The restaurant has wonderful Japanese food. The tempura platter was amazing and so fresh.!! The bed was good, I should have asked for extra pillows because it comes with (2) I like 4, but that is just me. The location is great because it is so close to the railway station and the airport. This is not the hotel’s fault but other rude guest who communicates very loudly in the early morning or late night. People should remember to speak quietly in the hallway near the doors of other rooms. Otherwise was an absolutely an amazing experience. I will definitely return because of the staff is wonderful. Thank you so much.

Best for an early morning flight at KIX. Free shuttle bus runs from 5:30 am to either terminal 1 or 2. Nice bedroom and wifi. We didn't have breakfast.

Everything was good, Room is big and free hotel's bus to the airport. Good for family with 4 people.

very near airport

Very nice and clean hotel. Its not the newest, but the cleanness of the hotel just amazes me. Especially when there are so many Chinese guests which usually leave a big mess after checkout, gota respect the professionalism of the cleaning team. The breakfast is also good, simple, nothing fancy, but was good breakfast. The only issue was there are a lot of Chinese tourists and they do get very loud at breakfast. Hard to have some "quiet time" during early breakfast. There is also a airport shuttle which save you A LOT of time!

Room is so big clean and comfort. Location hotel is so clam and quiet. The hotel provides airport pick up and drop service from and to airport for free.

Hotel clean and have a very nice view of Osaka city centre cosmopolitan. Have shuttle bus to the airport and near Food market, can have breakfast inside if didn't buy any breakfast in the hotel.

The room is clean and the surrounding environment is quiet. It is very convenient for airport shuttle bus free of charge. There is a big food supermarket across from hotel. It is fantastic! This hotel is very suitable for staying during transit. 房间干净，周围环境安静。有免费机场穿梭巴士直达非常方便。饭店对面就有一个大型食品超市，非常棒！这个饭店非常适合转机时候居住。

The location is convenient. Supermarket, drugstore, 7-11 just right infront of hotel. And hotel provide shuttle bus to airport 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, don't have to worry about transport for the early morning flight.

Great! The hotel is conveniently located within short walking distance to restaurants, convenient stores, supermarket. The shuttle service was great too, especially for morning flights.

I like the free airport shuttle to KIX Airport service which made it easier for tourist to catch flight early in the morning.

The free airport shuttle was great! I didn't have to worry getting to the hotel. There is no reservation needed. From 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm hourly schedule. That made it possible for me to do more sightseeing in Kyoto before heading to Kansai International Airport for hotel shuttle pick up. Going to catch my 8:15 flight from KIX was stress free as well as there is a 5:30am airport shuttle! The room I stayed in has a very old world charm! It's quite spacious too. Very crisp white beddings. Very comfortable bed and pulliws. Very soft towels. Many green tea bags provided!
