Excelente hotel, cómodo, limpio, la comida rica.

Todo bien a excepción del tiempo para servir los alimentos, en el restaurante tardan muchísimo en traer la comida, hasta para la cuenta se tardan no se si sea el personal o no tienen suficiente gente en la cocina.

Muy bien me gusta lo único malo es q vibran el estacionamiento

Gerico and Leticia from Limoneros bar gave us an excellent service, always attentive and kind. But the boiler of the indoor pool was not working and the water was very cold in that pool. The food was incredible and drinks too. Rooms were clean and we did have hot water for showering

Terrible - False advertising. Swimming pools are NOT HEATED as advertised. Water is freezing, my kids could not even go in. Staff is very friendly though, but in general the rooms and facilities are not even near what you would expect from a Marriott standard. Towels, pillows and linens are super old.

Overall a phenomenal experience, as a Bonvoy Marriott member, I travel all over world. By far one of the best hotels, Super clean, luxurious and well maintained, they are going to remodeling, all the exterior has fresh paint , looks brand new, The Hacienda vibe was refreshing, compared to a normal hotel felling, But the highlight is the hotel personal, Greetings since you open the door of your car, front desk amazing, I'm sorry that I forgot the ladys name, but she was outstanding in every way, Great service, every one make us feel like royalty From start , Delicious food and fantastic service from Leticia and restaurant crew, Thank you! Can wait to go back. One of the tings I will never forget, is how they put their right hand on their hearts to thank you for staying ♥️ at Marriott

You can tell this hotel used to be the place to be, as it’s a great property and has a ton of amenities. That being said, it needs some TLC as things have broken and haven’t been fixed/ some things need to be updated. Breakfast is very good and has a ton of options. But the best part of the hotel is the service. The service is like a 5 star hotel, the staff is super friendly and attentive. Special thanks goes out to Rosario, Veronica, and Pao, who were part of the activities group and ensured our kids had an amazing time.

Our experience was delightful from the get go. From the building which has beautiful interiors to the personnel who is perfectly well trained to take care of the guest, the breakfast was delicious. Kudos to Restaurant crew especially to Carlos and Marco who were really professional and attentive with our family. They delivered a world class customer service. We loved our stay there.

Location is great and this hotel has many things to do, staff is very dedicated and friendly Edith the hotel manager exceeded all expectations and always available. Prices are very reasonable and Oscar from the restaurant is one of the best. Special thanks to Leticia.

The staff in the hotel are kind, attentive, sweet and have a kind disposition. Marco, Antonio, Omar, and Edith are a few off the staff that served us. They are amazing. Food that was not in the menu. Was made and with reasonable price. The family had a good time.

We went with the desire to rest and celebrate our anniversary. Our friends gave us a romantic dinner at the hotel which was EXCELLENT. Music, menu, service, the area 😍 In addition to the service that is generally excellent, Irene and Roberto surpassed from very good service to excellent. Highly recommended♥️

My first time to Ixtapan de la Sal and it was an amazing experience! Aleli at the front desk was so friendly and helpful with booking our spa treatment and recommendations for places to eat. The spa was one of the best massages I’ve ever had and sitting by the spa pool afterwards was so relaxing. Irene,Luis, and Marco were amazing servers for our meals at the hotel restaurant and Gerardo took great care of us by the pool! Overall the entire staff was so great and always there to help if we needed anything. It was the most relaxing trip and we had a great time!

Gifted chef at their Orange Restaurant, generous portions of delicious food. Hotel staff friendly and efficient. . Problems: (1) "Heated" indoor pool is Cold and should be presented as "Not Freezing" or "Warmer than our Outdoor Pool." For Heated Pools, experience the OUTDOOR pools at MonteTaxco or Holiday Inn Express (Oaxaca City) where huge tarpaulins are unraveled nightly to conserve the heat; . (2) WINE (even white) is presented WARM, never refrigerated, requiring an Ice Bucket at all times; (3) Not enough Guard Railings to enter pools or navigate hallways.
