Never, NEVER enough chairs or umbrellas. Have to queue in the lobby to receive a reservation number for 3 days then have to do it again on the 4th day, etc., etc. Some renters have to wait for up to 3 hours only to find out that no chairs are not available. Too many renters not enough chairs around the pool or on the beach. Be warned!! Be warned!!

We stayed at BVG Marina for 3 months and loved every moment of it. Our condo was equipped with everything we needed and if we had any issues with our A/C or not getting hot water the maintenance staff had it fixed immediately. The whole property was extremely clean and well-maintained. There was a combi departing every few minutes from right outside the complex with easy and economical access to shopping and amenities in both Ixtapa and Zihua. I can't think of a better place to be for a long-term rental as you truly felt you were on a resort and the beach and the ocean are top notch too.
