Śniadanie dobre, nieduży wybór i dość monotonne.

We had a lovely stay at Belair Beach Hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety to suit all tastes—even picky eaters will find something they enjoy. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made us feel welcome. The pool area had a great atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Another great thing about this hotel is its location—it’s really close to the beach and just a short walk from other bars and entertainment spots on the strip, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. We had the all-inclusive package, which came with a wristband, making it super convenient to grab food and drinks throughout the day. The only downside was the entertainment. It felt quite repetitive, and it was all handled by just one person, from the fire show to bingo and karaoke. While they did their best, it would have been nice to see a bit more variety and energy in the evening entertainment, Also the WiFi connection was poor—it really depended on where you were in the hotel, and it kept disconnecting, which was frustrating at times. Overall, though, it’s a great place to stay, especially if you’re looking for good food, a friendly vibe, and a fantastic location near the beach and nightlife! Just got back from 10 days in Greece, staying at Belair beach hotel. Although at first glance the hotel looks like a 4 star, to me it's more a 3 star in terms of what you get. Upon check in the tourist tax was €10 per night and so for a 10 night stay was €100 gone from my spending money. Of course I was aware of the hotel tax upon check in however was definitely not expecting it to be that amount since It does not state it on the description on the hotel. We only had breakfast in the hotel a couple of times, and both times the eggs were underdone and the bread was stale. Ended up having to eat pancakes but the pancakes are half the size of a pancake you would get in the UK. Lunch and dinner, there was about 7 maybe 8 options, some meat options were pink in the middle and everything else had far too much salt in their food, I just couldn't stomach it. I really don't want to be complaining about anything because some of the staff we got the pleasure of talking to were absolutely lovely and accommodating, Ilyas that worked on the bar was absolutely brilliant throughout our stay and Deno and Jodie the entertainment staff were amazing at their jobs, however not only was the food bland and not many options, we also weren't entitled to an Iron in our room and would of had to pay between 3 and €4 per item of clothing to get ironed although I found out from another guest who had the executive rooms that their iron was included.. also the safe is a charge of €20 you don't get back , late check out is an extra charge of €55 you don't get back, regardless of being all inclusive, bottled water is €5.. the pool is lovely however despite the huge sign that states people are not allowed to reserve sunbeds, every single morning we were unable to get a sunbed so had to spend our time anywhere but the hotel, unfortunately, although me and my partner forked out nearly £3,000 for this. The swimming pool has undissolved chloride in, which has left me with an ear infection, Oh, and our bed was not changed nomore than once in our entire 10 day holiday which is completely a shame I'm having to write all of this because the hotel is beautiful and very clean, but all of these little things have built up to us not enjoying our stay at this hotel.

Well what can I say. We booked based on other reviews and yes, you do get good and bad reviews from some people, but here is my honest opinion when compared to other 4 star all inclusive hotels we have stayed at. The staff are friendly and welcoming The reception area is bland and plain The cocktail list has 9 on it nothing to shout about. The pool is fairly decent 1.3 m deep with a second pool on the shaded side of the hotel The pool bar has limited snacks available but with both hot food and cold snacks available We did speak with the rep and the manager on a couple of matters who said he was glad we had brought it to his attention and that he would act on it. His attitude the following day was completely different I would say stand offish. The executive rooms are nothing too shout about. Had better basic rooms at other hotels. For an all inclusive no water supplied in the room yet at other hotels its included, only 1 channnel.on the TV BBC news. Other rooms apparently had better TVs with Netflix etc. If you want a bottle.of water from the bar expect a 5 euro bill, hotel policy, it's cheaper in the shop outside. If you use the safe charge is 20 euro non refundable as apparently its a rental charge. Tourist tax for 10 days 110 euro and if you want a let checkout there's an additional charge of 55 euro subject to availability. Allegedly there is an agreement with jet 2 that guest will vacat their rooms at 11 am despite departure time. The chef can do special catering if you inform them in advance, which was helpful. Other guests we spoke too spent almost 1000 euros eating out as the food choices were limited. My honest opinuon if you want no thrills basic food and board and extra charges then go for. Book the basic room. The executive rooms aren't worth it. If however you spent about 3.5k to come here you well be less than imprest unless you area easily please. If however you expect a safe in the room to be included, water in your room daily, and a wide choice of food then for gods sake go somewhere else. If you do come i wish you good luck.

We have just returned from a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Belair Beach Hotel in Ixia. Here are my thoughts: Board Basis We opted for All Inclusive, and I would recommend this. Between the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, we never went hungry. Breakfast included a range of cooked foods, such as fried egg, sausages, and bacon, as well as bread, pastries, and confectioneries. Lunch was my personal favourite. There is a gyros station which alternates between pork and chicken depending on the day, with pita bread, chips, and tzatziki. Depending on the day, there are burgers, pizza, and other classic lunch staples. Dinner was good, but in my opinion, not as good as the lunch selection. You had rice, a range of meat, Greek food, and seafood, as well as plain pasta and chips. Dinner also changed night by night, so it was never monotonous. It is hard to go hungry in this hotel, unless you are particularly fussy. My only issue with the All Inclusive was the drinks. The drinks themselves were fine, with a great range of cocktails to choose from (around 7-8 cocktails, “San Francisco,” “Blue Lagoon,” “Tequila Sunrise,” “Jack Sparrow” etc.). I am not a beer drinker, myself, but they had your usual Greek beers, such as Mythos. Whilst the drinks tasted fine, there were no self-serve machines which would’ve eased queues. You could often find yourself stuck behind a large queue of people ordering a range of alcoholic drinks and soft drinks altogether when you yourself are only wanting a water or a Pepsi. There is a limit to the number of alcoholic drinks you can order at a time, but as there is usually only one person serving, it can still take a while to get to the front of the queue. Restaurants & Bars The buffet restaurant was clean and spacious. It never felt overcrowded. There is a lovely view of the sea from the buffet restaurant. However, I had two slight problems with the buffet restaurant: 1. Whilst the staff work incredibly hard to tidy up after and serve guests, due to the lack of self-serve machines (apart from breakfast), you can find yourself waiting until halfway through your meal until being approached for a drink. 2. The buffet restaurant area is entirely indoors. It would have been nice if there was a shaded area outdoors to eat your meal, especially during dinner. The indoor bar was usually served by two bartenders, and the queue would go down relatively quick to be served. Pool Areas The pool was incredibly spacious and very cool in temperature. It was perfect to lower your body temperature, especially in the height of the day. It is infinity pool style, and you can relax by the ledge and watch the windsurfers on the beach. There is a net at the other end of the pool for ball games, so if you would rather relax in the pool, you can avoid getting splashed by others. I would say that most of the “prime spot” sun beds (the ones to the far left of the pool by the fence) are reserved by towels quite early. People are down

I’m writing this as it’s the day before our departure tomorrow. In all, the Belair Beach hotel is OKAY but it’s definitely not a 4*, I’d say 3*+ at a push. We arrived around 00:30 on the Wednesday night / Thursday morning and after a day of travelling we just wanted to get a good nights sleep however on our arrival there was no one on reception. A lovely barman (Ilias) apologised and told us someone would be there soon. Some 10 or so minutes later, a gent arrived as casual as you like and offered no apology. The room was ok, we had a sea view but be aware this hotel is on a very busy main road so all you can hear is the heavy traffic. There’s also a gap under the door so you can hear everything in the corridor too especially late revellers returning home after a night in Falaraki at 3am. They’re not fire doors so you’ll hear everything. The rooms were cleaned daily and the maids were pleasant but if you’re looking for a bed around the pool where the daytime activities are then you’ll need to be down there by 6/7 am even though there are signs up telling you not to reserve beds by placing towels on them or they’ll be removed. There is a smaller more quiet pool which is better for getting a bed but again it can get quite busy especially in the afternoons. We opted for spending 3 days down on the beach as you’re guaranteed a bed at €5 per person per day. The beach guy is really friendly and you can even pay by card and he’ll watch your belongings for you if you return to the hotel for lunch. Just remember every time you cross the road you’re taking your life into your hands. It’s SO busy and there are no crossings. Food was ok, again, not what I’d call 4* quality but it was decent enough. I think there was only one evening there was nothing we fancied so decided to eat out as there’s a strip of bars and restaurants approximately 10 minute walk to the left out of the hotel. There’s also a little bar/restaurant to the right literally next door called IDEAL that serves the best Mythos we’ve tasted. The hotel is only a 10 minute bus journey into Rhodes old town too which is absolutely beautiful so there’s plenty of choice although it’s very busy at the moment as it’s peak season. All inclusive drinks are pretty rubbish at Belair Beach. The beer is Zythos Vap (like a cheap Mythos) and you can really taste the difference. There are only a few basic cocktails on the menu and any ciders etc you have to pay for. By far the least selection of drinks I’ve ever had in an AI. Greek night is on a Friday with Greek dancers, every other night is your typical hotel entertainment. As we arrived in the early hours of the morning, the gentleman who checked us in informed us that we could ask the day before departure for a late checkout at a cost of €55, We have just done this but the lady on reception was rude and told us we should have requested this 48 hours before departure. I tried to explain that I was simply going on the information provided by her c

We stayed at Belair from 3rd-11th July. The hotel: When you check in, you pay the €10 per night tourist tax. When you walk in, you walk straight into reception. You then have to go up a set of stairs to access the pool, and up a separate set of stairs to access the restaurant. The evening bar is on the same floor as reception. We were staying in the executive rooms, so it was quite a walk to get to our room: into reception, up a flight of stairs, walk past the pool, into the hotel block, and up another two flights of stairs for the floor we were staying on. This walk was especially tedious when, on the last day, we walked all the way up to our room to find out the late checkout we had paid for the day before hadn’t been applied properly and we couldn’t access our room, so it was back down to reception and then all the way back up to our room. It’s also worth nothing if you're in the executive rooms, that after 00:30, the jets come on to water the grass next to the path which goes up to the rooms. Except for some reason they also water the paths, effectively turning the entire path into a slip and slide. Worth baring in mind if you want to come home from a night out after this time - you usually won’t make it back dry. Check-out is 11am, so we paid €55 for a late checkout room (until 5pm) and kept our own room rather than being moved to another. As we checked in late, we were able to still use the restaurant and bar until we left on our last day. There are toilets and showers if you wish to not pay for the late checkout room, but I would strongly suggest saving yourselves from having to use these shared facilities that make you feel as though you have walked into satan’s armpit. Food: Food was okay. Breakfast 7-10, lunch 12:30-14:00, dinner 18:30-21:00. The food got quite samey, and the choice wasn’t overwhelming especially as a vegetarian - it was a lot of pizza and pasta. For the meat-eaters, there was often some mystery meat available to keep you entertained in guessing what meat had been used. Breakfast was usually the worst - food was cold and stale; breads wasn’t that nice, and coffee tasted, quite frankly, vile. Lunch was probably the better meal. Always fresh fruit and ice cream available for desserts. Despite the advertised times, the waiters would start preparing the restaurant for the next meal about half an hour before it finished - jams/cereals for breakfast were being put out when we were eating our dinner at 20:30. This made us feel quite rushed so we quickly ate and left. At breakfast, you can access the juice and coffee machines, but at lunch and dinner, you have your drinks orders taken at the table and brought to you. This is all well and good, except there was no menu, and sometimes you would be halfway through your meal before you were asked what drink you would like. They also never asked if you would like a second drink after you finished your first, so found myself rationing every drop of my drink, willing myself
