Belair Beach Hotel

Spędziliśmy 3 noce w Hotelu Belair z wykupionymi śniadaniami. W pierwszą noc otrzymaliśmy mały pokój 10-12 m2 z widokiem na morze, mimo, że rezerwowałem pokój o powierzchni 22 m2 (standardowy pokój na Trip.com). Recepcja na drugi dzień bezproblemowo zaproponowała zamianę pokoju na właściwy - większy. Pokoje dość nowocześnie urządzone w stylu wakacyjnym z lodówką, czajnikiem a w łazience - z suszarką. Na terenie hotelu znajdują się 2 baseny. W lipcu o godz. 10 nie było już wolnych leżaków. Zamiast basenu polecam wybrać się na cały dzień na plażę - najlepsza jest 30 m od hotelu (na wysokości hotelu Rodos Palace - przejście pod ziemne tuż przy znaku Rodos Pałace). Zaproponowano nam wymianę ręczników raz na dwa dni. W hotelu w sezonie wieczorne atrakcje przed hotelowym barem tuż przy ruchliwej ulicy. Pod hotelem znajdują się dwa supermarkety, gdzie można kupić od jedzenia przez suweniry. Śniadanie dobre, nieduży wybór i dość monotonne. Obsługa od sprzątaczek do recepcji - miła i komunikująca się w j. angielskim. Przed hotelem znajdują się przystanki autobusowe, z których autobusy dowiozą z/na lotnisko i do centrum Rodos. Bilety na przejazd należy kupić w supermarkecie pod hotelem. Mimo kilku niedogodnie hotel oceniam na mocne 4/5 pkt.

This hotel was great. It was our first holiday as a family of 3 and it was perfect for our first time. I had been to Greece lots before the children but this hotel was great. It had great swimming pools, a good selection of food lots of entertainment and right on the beach. The local town was lovely and about a 20 minute walk. We went into Rhodes old town for a morning and it was so beautiful. We will definitely be returning in the future

I don’t even know where to start, but this is definitely not a 4*hotel! It has two wings and apparently one of them has been refurbished, but we stayed in the main one. All the furniture is probably older than me. The rooms are dated, old AC which is barely working, so don’t be fooled by the photos. The food is very average, pretty much leftovers from the day before. The greek salad which should be amazing, were so disgusting! I don’t know where they’re getting those tomatoes from. The staff working in a restaurant is nice, however there isn’t much staff! So you get a drink almost when finish eating. Now, the funny or I should say not funny at all entertainment…. I have never seen such an unprofessional bunch of people in my life! And those who say that “Willy” (if that’s his name) was great clearly have never seen an entertainer in their life. So rude, constantly laughing at people’s british accent (I’m not british, but even I got angry!) The games involve collecting peoples clothes, kissing random men etc. What is that?! Oh the main guy’s (Willy’s) partner comes in every day with two little kids. This is not a problem of course, but!!! She ends up letting them wonder around the pool, especially the little boy!!!! Who is probably less than 2 years old, whilst she’s enjoying her cigarette and other people end up looking after her children so they don’t fall into the pool! In the evening she joins the entertainment team by smoking on the stage… Wow! What a professional! Lastly, we had an incident and I’m actually shocked of how this hotel dealt with it, or I should say did nothing about it! One evening, we were all outside sitting and watching the ‘amazing’ entertainment and then it started to rain quite heavily. Whilst we were getting wet we were fine as it was still very warm but all of a sudden we heard a powerful exploison and saw lots of sparks coming out of the main electricity post just outside of where we were sitting! Another exploison and Bam the whole hotel was covered in darkness! Which I should say didn’t last very long, thanks God! Me and my husband went straight in together with the crowd. At that moment no one from the hotel staff said anything (maybe this is normality for them) or even checked if we were all ok! Some people were standing and watching it, and no one did or said anything. Is there anyone even trained in how to deal with incidents?! Especially when this was so dangerous!! So for you to imagine better, there is a very busy main road just outside the hotel, a bus stop and this main electricity post. Something obviously was wrong with electric cables, because even when we went back up to our room we could see the sparks coming out of it (had a view to the see and the road). Because it was already evening, we decided to go to sleep. Guess what, we were woken up before 7am from another loud explosion! And Bam the electricity was gone again!! No lights, no AC, no lifts… whilst we were already awake we decided to go and

Came with family in Aug 24. Stayed for 10 nights Basically you get: Sun Sea Sunset views along with a lovely clean hotel, fantastic Pools and very friendly staff. Lots of Bars and restaurants within a 10 min walk. Only a 10 min taxi to Rhodos old/new town

Just got back from Belair beach hotel and I honestly can say I can not fault it. I los6t my phone on the plane and was in tears and panic as it had all my bank details and details of my flights and excursions. Bill on front desk was brilliant and very understanding and reassuring and called my family and said I could call home at any time, took me to my room and showed me how to work everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the sea and spectacular sunsets every evening. The food was great, lots of choices and variety and the dining staff very attentive, served drinks immediately and cleared plates promptly, lovely view from the restaurant of either the sea or pool side. Ilias the Bartender was very welcoming and friendly to all the guests. The entertainment was brilliant, think his name was willie by the pool, every night was something different and very entertaining.

Today we had The best food so far with a massive roast pork leg cooked in the oven ! Quite spectacular to see the carving of the pork leg !!Thank you to the Belair Beach Hotel team ! also we are impressed with the kitchen manager Dimitri who came every evening to explain the food allergens to my partner who is severely allergic to some certain ingredients. Thank you Hakan who works hard every day ! Thank you to Adrian the restaurant manager who is managing his team with his outstanding leadership skills ! Also we would like to say thank you to the housekeeping team also, waitresses, reception staff and not least the entertainment team who definitely make us to feel the summer vibes every day and all the time. Outstanding costumer service from Belair Beach Hotel once again ! Thank you team !☀️

There are many mixed reviews on this hotel and I admit I was a bit worried after reading some of the bad ones however the hotel was absolutely great for us. It’s right next to the sea, right next to a few shops and restaurants and also a 5-10 min walk to about 6/7 more restaurants and a few sports bars - if you take a left walking out of the hotel you will find it. The day entertainment was very fun and the staff were very inclusive asking everyone to get involved etc. The night entertainment did get a bit samey towards the end of the trip however I suppose there isn’t really much else you can provide other than karaoke, bingo and a quiz night. They also asked my group if we would take a trip to the clubs on the island (we’re a group of 21 year old lads) they provided travel both ways - although we didn’t take up the offer! There are many reviews criticising this hotel for the smallest things I could think of after being there for just under a week. Let’s be honest it’s not the most expensive hotel in Rhodes so I’m not really sure what others are expecting. There were a few things I could pick up on, however it wasn’t anything major and didn’t change my perspective of the hotel and staff at all. If I was to be overly critical, I would include the following: Drainage in the bathroom didn’t work as the drain cover was a few mm off the floor so water couldn’t flow into it. There was also no ventilation in bathroom when having shower. The all inclusive food got a bit samey after a while but what can you expect for a buffet, the food was lovely and hot however I would definitely recommend going out for a night or two as the food choices down the road are brilliant. Another beer choice would be decent in the all inclusive package however the cocktail choices were perfect and very nice. I also felt that water bottles should be free as part of all inclusive however there may be a reason for this not being included - not really an issue as just bought it in the shop next to the hotel. I wouldn’t let the critical comments outweigh the positives for this hotel, great location 10 mins from the town and I was honestly expecting worse after the reviews. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others reading the mixed reviews.

Where should I start… beautiful hotel, very clean, great swimming pool and amazing view. Rooms fantastic. Great Food - everyone will find something delicious- lot of choices (inc. Greek traditional) from different meats , potatoes, salads, brilliant pizzas . Cakes and desserts OMG - delicious. Staff very helpful nice polite and hardworking. ( i can say that after 27 years experience in hospitality) day and night entertainment so funny, . So sad we are going back tomorrow… really recommend this place.
