Beautiful villa of 90 m² for 6 people in the heart of the hills of Sperlonga with a terrace, garden, swimming pool and private parking.
This new property is fully furnished with functional and comfortable. Overview, from the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of olive groves, the sea with its islands of Ponza, very bright and functional. The area is also rich in hiking trails to hike or mountain bike in the nature and in the typical landscape of the hills. The villa is set in a property of 3 hectares of land, two individual villas area and a shared swimming pool 10 x 5 deep 1.5. terraces, Bbq area, pool area, gazebo and parking.
