The villa, arranged on two floors for a total of 200 square meters, is composed on the ground floor of an entrance hall in the living area, fireplace area with sofas and TV, kitchen area equipped with every comfort, dining area with table and chairs, a bathroom with shower and sleeping area with large double bedroom and single bedroom. An internal staircase leads to the first floor with two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The villa is built with quality materials, exposed stone walls, terracotta floors, brick pillars, ceilings with wooden beams, attention to detail. Outdoor patio with table and chairs, garden with lawn, Jacuzzi for 4 people for a relaxing holiday. A vegetable garden of 500 square metres will delight guests with its fresh produce.
