Semi-detached villa for exclusive use, 2 flats, total 10 pax, patio, garden, shared pool
Villa with 2 independent flats and outdoor space, on the hill of Sperlonga at 300 m above sea level, immersed in the Mediterranean maquis, with a panoramic view over the Intignano Valley and the Tyrrhenian Sea towards the Pontine Islands. The simultaneous presence of the mountains and the sea make the climate particularly favourable, with cool summers especially in the evenings.
The villa has 2 floors with flats with independent entrances. The ground floor accommodation can accommodate up to 6 persons, the first floor accommodation up to 4 persons. On the ground floor the house has 2 double bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom, an open kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with table, sofas and Tv. On the first floor we have a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, an open kitchen with every comfort overlooking the living-dining room with sofa bed from which 2 single beds can be made, TV and dining table. The outdoor area on the ground floor has a large covered patio equipped to enjoy the cool evenings and from which you can enjoy the view of the sea on clear days.
Parking spaces inside the property.
The house is equipped with: television, washing machine, fridge, oven, dishwasher, heating, Wifi. At 50 mt there is a beautiful swimming pool to share with other guests. (Pool open from 01/06 to 30/10 weather conditions permitting)
