1. Cleaning: zero, dirty bed sheets, showers, sinks, floors. 2. Service: not just poor, but miserable. 3. Kite Storage: terrible, all thrown in a wet room, impossible to even call it a storage. 4. Food: zero, from breakfast (included in the stay) to on-demand meals, like the burger and the juice we ordered for a quick lunch, ‘cause on a rush - took 40 minutes and it was awful. 5. Money-chasing ownership: I complained about the dirtiness of both rooms and the owner wasn’t just pissed on us but also got mad rage against the employees in front of us. We were 4 friends and we booked 2 double rooms with full advanced payment. We got one double room and another that we can’t even call single, we had to close the door to assemble the second bed and to step one of top of the other to enter the bathroom. The kite spot is amazing but this place made us regret our choice.
