I had an exceptional experience at the hotel — everything was top-notch, from the luxurious atmosphere to the flawless service. I would especially like to highlight the incredible professionalism, warmth, and dedication of the staff members Hamza, Ferhat, and Merter. These three individuals truly made my stay unforgettable. Their attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and ability to anticipate guest needs reflect the highest standards of customer service. They were not only helpful but also made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. Staff like them are a rare find in the hospitality industry. The hotel is overall nice. The first night was very bad for me as my room towards the main road and the traffic was noisy all night and no other room choice for me to swap that night. Fortunately, the staff were very friendly and helped me moved to a quiet room towards the garden from the 2nd night. Room service and facilities are excellent.

The room booked from Trip.com was on the 2nd lowest floor and next to the school playground which was extremly noisy. Moreover, the restaurant on the 1st floor had celebration event which was last till 11pm for consecutive 3days. I was trying to ask for room change but was told "fully booked" actually all types of room were available. Location is good, Facilities are new but the service was horrible. It was nightmare choosing Westin Istanbul.

The hotel is great in location, cleanliness, but I had an incident where the room cleaner stole a fine sunglass from the room, where we discovered that after room service (the glasses was old and we didn't give that attention and we don’t want to ruin our enjoyable trip to Turkey). I sent a private complaint email to the hotel reservation after I left the hotel as I didn't want to raise the issue at checkout, just wanted to highlight this issue to hotel management to avoid such indecent in the future with other guests. But unfortunately I didn't get any reply on my email, which I coincide unprofessional from a reputed name like the Westin, that’s why I mentioned it on this website.

我可能不會再選這個酒店。當時預訂的時候，看到臨路，但是以為可以要到對側的房間。如果房間臨路，對睡眠質量不好的人是需要戴耳塞的。定完才發現洲際的位置可能更好。優點就是下面是公交樞紐，這也是為什麼酒店比較吵。步行20多分鐘可以到塔克西姆廣場。早餐尚可沒什麼可挑剔的。
