the worst hotel i have ever seen its not even hotel its not even suitable for animals i don’t recommend everything was bad and i had to stay there because i already payed for and i couldn’t cancel it🤢🤮🤢

I have never had a worse experience booking a Medusa hotel, it has no hotel status. Just a building with no amenities or human habitation. There is no indication that it was given the appearance of a hotel. The advertised pictures do not match at all the bad reality of the rooms, which are not suitable for an animal to live in, let alone a human. When I arrived at the hotel location, I did not see the hotel reception or service desk. By communicating via WhatsApp, an old man came, speaking only Turkish, and took me behind the building to a basement. He opened the door and left me stunned in front of the ugliest room I had ever seen in my life. The room was originally a warehouse containing sanitary, plumbing and carpentry supplies, had no ventilation and was full of insects. I couldn't bear to stay there for more than 15 minutes. It depicted the reality of the room. لم يسبق لي تجربة أسوأ من حجز فندق في ميدوسا، فهو لا يتمتع بوضع فندقي. مجرد مبنى بدون وسائل راحة أو سكن بشري. ليس هناك ما يشير إلى أنه تم إعطاؤه مظهر الفندق. الصور المعلن عنها لا تتطابق إطلاقاً مع الواقع السيئ للغرف التي لا تصلح أن يعيش فيها حيوان ناهيك عن الإنسان. عندما وصلت إلى موقع الفندق، لم أر مكتب الاستقبال أو مكتب الخدمة في الفندق. ومن خلال التواصل عبر الواتساب، جاء رجل عجوز، لا يتحدث سوى اللغة التركية، وأخذني خلف المبنى إلى الطابق السفلي. فتح الباب وتركني مذهولاً أمام أبشع غرفة رأيتها في حياتي. وكانت الغرفة في الأصل عبارة عن مستودع يحتوي على مستلزمات صحية وسباكة ونجارة، ولا يوجد بها تهوية وكانت مليئة بالحشرات. لم أستطع تحمل البقاء هناك لأكثر من 15 دقيقة. لقد صورت حقيقة الغرفة

SPAM ! FRAUD! AVOID AT ANY COST! There is no 3 stars hotel at rhat place ! Pictures are not true .As the guy said to me on arrival all rooms are fully booked and we had to walk to a different hotel. It’s worst experience in my life ..couldn’t sleep all night there . Dirty, outdated,spots all over ! Not even fresh bed belongings ! I had no other choice but to spend the night there ..I was exhausted after the flight and my check in was too late .. NOT RECCOMENDED ! AVOID ! This place is full of fake comments.. better to sleep in a hostel than in those places

I really wanna leave this review since the host is just one big unprofessional rude scammer. “I do not recommend this hotel” So I booked a room for two people. I arrived at a location and after waiting around half an hour i was asked to go to the other end of the city because they were fully booked. I paid for the room when i was making the reservation and was told that the hotel was full. So what’s the point of booking ? And what is the point of this app Trip.com if they cannot help their customers? I contacted the help centre after I had left the hotel in a hurry, to explain my situation that since the hotel failed to provide me with an accommodation it’s only sensible that i get my money back. A representative told me that he was gonna contact the hotel and after I assume contacting the hotel he called me to tell that He was informed that i was successfully checked in and my luggage is in the hotel. So, as i was in my taxi i had to explain him that it’s a lie cuz I didn’t stay there because they didn’t have the room. So he tries to contact the hotel again and I assume after he Successfully contacted the hotel he got back to me and again he was telling me that i am in the hotel. I don’t know how to describe it. Is it for real? Anyways i had to send him a phot of myself in an airport to prove him that I am not in a hotel and that I’m in an airport to pick up my sister. Well anyway they got back to me today telling me that they simply cannot help me and that i basically was scammed and paid 20 dollars for nothing essentially. Thank you trip.com thank you turks you’re just amazing how creative you get to scam anyone who doesn’t speak your turkish language. Bravo. PS. По приезду могут попытаться поселить в другом месте, сославшись на отсутствие свободных комнат. Советую заранее списаться с владельцем уточнить все детали (тип номера, этажность), но не уверен что это поможет. Владелец в целом адекватный, реагирует на запросы и замечания по номерам. Советую брать апартаменты на 2 или 3 этаже. Не соглашайтесь на апартаменты 101 на ground floor из-за сырости, тараканов и меньшей площади номера, нежели другие апартаменты.

Номера не соответсвую фотографиям в обьявлении.кондиционер есть,но части от него лежат рядом. По приезду отвели пешком на другой адрес

Нету ресепшена, туалет шумит, спать мешает, и в начале хотели другой номер дать с одноместным кроватью , а мы бронировали Кинг сайз, начали жаловаться и дали наш номер , но до этого мы пришли в 12 и сказали ждать до 13:30 типо комнату убирают )

房間黴味很重， 門板腐爛， 地毯骯髒， 棉被裡的棉花已經是一坨一坨極度噁心狀態， 這幾天天氣比較冷，屋主看我開暖氣，居然還要把遙控器收走不給我吹， 非常糟糕

Поселили в какой-то подвал с взорванным кондиционером и разрушенной кухней. Вокруг навалены какой-то чемоданы с чужими вещами, пахнет сыростью. Постель одно место, которое показалось чистым. Поскольку был праздник Ураза Байрам, то вариантов было минимум, поэтому пришлось остаться. Не берите этот трэш в обычное время!
