I paid for deluxe room with balcony but was given standard room. The lady at the counter couldnt help so she asked me to see the manager in the morning. The manager was not helpful at all. He said all the rooms with balcony are unavailable. So I am not sure why they charged me extra for the rooms that were not available? I was promised I will get some money back (the difference between bigger room and the standard room). Been almost a week but nothing yet.
Also, there was horrible smell upon entering into hotel. Might that their exaust fans were not working or they simply turns them off to save some electricity.
The gentleman at reception (doing night shifts) was very helpful.
Hotel Is in very nice location but they could do better with customer service.
