Ferman Konak Hotel comes with super friendly staff from Check in to Breakfast to front office team. Simple Turkish breakfast plus the rooms were very comfortable with right warmth and size! Best value for money in Istanbul's old City. Front desk staff was also helpful customer service experts who helped to arrange walking and cruise tours with pick up & drop off services. Overall experience is SUPERB and very pleasant, sad to depart but will be back to stay again😇

Great location. The room we had however was not very private. The room looked onto the common patio and the curtains were not blockout so it felt like people could see in. Also the lights in the common courtyard were shining in which made it harder to sleep.

Excellent staff but unfortunately room size was disappointing, too small for dulex double room, it was not even a normal size single room.

The hoteliers are so kind and the room is comfy. It is located very near to the tourist attractions and numerous restaurants within walking distances. Walking towards Little Hagia Sophia was mesmerising too! Blown away by the comfy sea breeze 💕 Thank you for having us and would definitely recommend it to others. Oh yes, for those with mobility problems, I might advise otherwise as the hotel doesn’t not have lift and the spiral stairs are quite narrow too. Other than this, it’s a lovely stay 🥰

雖然門臉很不起眼，但真的很超出預期。酒店前台服務人員的服務是極其友好和專業的，會很耐心的幫助客人解決問題。活動區域由會客廳和天井兩部分構成，露天區域允許吸煙。會客室的咖啡和茶是免費供應的，酒店的房間比較小但裝璜非常古典，雖然古典但不是古舊，前台夜班大哥告訴我這家酒店的歷史才只有七年而已，每天都會打掃的很整潔，一切都井井有條。每天花五歐元就可以在附近同一品牌的快捷酒店吃早飯，早飯是典型的歐陸式的，但餐廳頂部的天台非常贊，景色非常非常完美。我從不在網站上發表評論，但這家酒店真的超出預期，很適合單獨出行的背包客，兩人住一間房的話或許就有些侷促了。

房間裝修超級好，前台小哥很熱情還超級帥！！！！！酒店位置很方便，步行就能到藍色清真寺，舊皇宮等。下次來伊斯坦堡一定還來！

位置極佳，就在老城，早餐在隔壁4樓天台，無敵風景。服務周到，打掃衞生，空調很給力。基本到哪裡都十分方便，性價比在伊斯坦堡老城裡算很好的了。

舊，霉味，床品干淨，附近交通算方便。希望可以翻新一下。

位置偏僻，周圍看起來很嚇人。房間非常小，床單都是破洞的，不推薦

酒店位於歐洲區的老城區，距離藍色清真寺，索菲亞大教堂很近，步行可達，老城區的道路比較陡峭，小石子路，酒店房間較小，沒有電梯，提大行李不太方便。

酒店很好，離地鐵6號線步行6分鐘左右，前台服務熱情專業，飲料咖啡隨便喝。前台給推薦了夜晚遊輪，這個項目整體不錯，就是最後的舞蹈演員挨桌表演要錢給人感覺不太好。廣告單上説的Kebab也沒有。
