I love the gym the hammam and the room very precious and the gym is well equipped, i enjoyed workout for 3 hours due to the gym facilities

Wonderful experience at Wanda Vista Istanbul! The hotel is beautifully designed with elegant interiors, spacious rooms, and top-notch amenities. The staff were attentive and made our stay very comfortable. A perfect blend of luxury and hospitality—would definitely return!

The room is super big and spacious. Bed is very comfortable. Comes with bath tub just that water leaks from it after usage. Hotel location not very near Istanbul main attractions, but the price is good for such spacious hotel room. Close to airport, abt 30 mins without traffic. Hotel breakfast is great and hotel comes with a super big gym and kids playroom, ideal for family

Review of Wanda Vista Hotel. My stay at the Wanda Vista Hotel had its positives, but also quite a few frustrating issues. The hotel itself was nice, and the room was comfortable, but the location wasn’t ideal since it’s right on a highway, making it less convenient for exploring the area. Aside from that, it was okay, but there were several maintenance problems that definitely affected my experience.The biggest issue was that the room had several things broken, and despite bringing it to the staff’s attention, nothing was really fixed except for the door. The shower leaked all over the floor by the sink, which was both annoying and a safety hazard, but no one bothered to fix it. The skirting board was also broken, adding to the feeling that the room wasn’t being properly maintained. On top of that, we had an apartment with a kitchen, but the hotel refused to provide any kitchen accessories unless we were staying for more than 10 days, which seemed like a ridiculous rule. It didn’t make sense to have a kitchen that we couldn’t actually use. After complaining, I eventually got the accessories, but it was frustrating that I even had to go through that process in the first place.Overall, while the hotel had potential, the lack of proper maintenance and the odd policies made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been. If they paid more attention to fixing issues and improving customer service, it could be a much better experience.

Onur and umut and mevlüt are very helfull and hotel is great !!

The rooms are very clean and have modern furnishings. The bathtub was like new and had plenty of hot water. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. The staff was very helpful and accommodating when we needed help. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the Mall of Istanbul.

Nice, clean and good services

This has got to be our worst experience at a Wanda hotel. The rooms were nice and big but toilets were not very clean. Also the air condition was not working and even after telling the staff (not sure if they did anything as we were out all day) but never got fixed. If one was to stay in the room in the day time they would burn in that room. Night we opened the windows so was pleasant. Staff are great though. For us the air condition situation made it very uncomfortable.

Room and wifi was so good Staff really good and friendly but really need training for beverages thy not serve as five star hotel
