Staff Simpáticos, bom pequeno almoço, boa localização, quarto pequeno mas agradável, bom terraço com vista Istambul

Из положительного: всегда присутствующий на рецепции русско- и англоговорящий администратор; расположение - в пятиминутной близости от Голубой мечети; хороший вайфай; классный вид с крыши; есть лифт (правда, максимум два человека влезет впритык). Из отрицательного: номера очень потрепанные, обои отходят от стен прямо по центру и местами кажется, что на стенах плесень, малофункциональный шкаф, который только занимает место, которого в номере практически нет; унитаз шатался, шланг душевой лейки подтекал. Мусор первый раз вынесли только после просьбы это сделать. В принципе ванную весьма условно убрали перед нашим заездом - по углам болтались чужие волосы. Дополнительные комментарии: завтрак неплохой, правда быстро всё заканчивалось, даже кипяток. Подушки жёсткие - на любителя, а матрац удобный. Достался номер с окнами во двор-колодец, соответственно в нем всегда было темно. Снимали два "смежных номера" (при бронировании это именно так называлось на сайте), однако в первую ночь нас заселили на разные этажи и сказали, что они не обязаны давать номера рядом. Видимо, смежность заключалась в том, что номера в одном отеле. Слышимость дикая, а двери закрываются громким хлопком с размаху, и если прогулка по Стамбулу вас не вымотает, то хлопающие двери вкупе с муэдзином в 5 утра сделают ночь незабываемой. Патио на крыше действительно неплохое, очень жаль, что открытым его держали почему-то ровно 1 день.

The hotel was a in a good location despite walking up a steep hill. Staff were friendly Lift to room but very tiny only 2 people Hallway to room very dark Key card to room to work electric. We had a corner room 303 one single and double bed Room was clean some paper coming off. There was a fridge but only worked when card in electric( write up says mini bar) we had water first day but none after Air con no control so couldn’t regulate it again worked when keycard in slot Bathroom clean shower gel in container on wall Tv on wall ( didn’t use) No safe in room. Wi-Fi available Breakfast very good on terrace. Plenty variety. Restaurant very pricey others in area better and better for money We had a discrepancy with bill as we had been overcharged for drinks we didn’t have. We had already paid before it was checked so they reimburse it. Did do transfer from Istanbul Airport 90 euro return for 3 of us

Not too good. I booked a hotel here the first night they check me in the wrong room.even I can’t sleep all the night. Another day when i speak to them thats I didn’t book that room so they changed. When i move to that room there is no water for all the night and the next too. They even don’t have any backup. Very disappointed.

Really poor hotel. Cramped small room with dreadful smell in bathroom. No housekeeping in our 4 day stay . My request for clean towels and to empty the bathroom bin were ignored! Door opened onto fire escape and was full of cigarette butts. Booked with easyJet as a package but very disappointed. Would not stay again or recommend this hotel to anyone

Breakfast is lovely with a view of the harbor and nearby mosque. Breakfast has lots of salad options, fresh eggs and bread. The location is perfect and very close to Sultanahmet with all the tourist attractions. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside was the aircon dripped onto my bed in the night which was uncomfortable, however the staff sorted this problem the day after we raised it tp their attention. Overall recommend if you're looking for a small Turkish hotel in the heart of Istanbul!
