Das Zimmer war gross genug, aber Einrichtung war mangelhaft. Durch einem Fenster kam Lärm rein! Im Waschbecken nur kaltes Wasser, in der Dusche nur heißes Wasser;( Frühstück war aber lecker) Würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

To receive the jacket I have to pay taxes. All this does not happen if the hotel staff reacted in time. They made a theft and started to react after the review was written. They had enough time to tell me return the jacket then I was in Istanbul, but now because of them I have to pay taxes to get my jacket back. I will buy another jacket, but next time I will be more careful. This hotel still has reviews like this, where they have stolen from other customers before. Be careful. Choose another hotel.

The last day when I left the hotel on the 30th, a jacket was left in the room where we were staying, unfortunately we discovered this later after 2 days. I immediately wrote and called the hotel to let them know, but I received a negative answer. I was in Istanbul until November 3 and they for 2 days answer that the jacket is not. After my friend wrote a review about the theft that the staff is incompetent and steals the clients' personal belongings, he received an email asking us to delete the review. that they found the jacket. We were asked to enter the hotel, but now we are not, in Istanbul and they were asked to send via DHL, but they refused and blocked the friend's email. I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel is amazing. It’s very clean and you definitely recommend it to anybody to come here and book it. It’s a very beautiful hotel clean restaurant. We will come again because we like turkey and people help us. It’s important stuff as well. Thank you so much for everything.
